Are You Ashamed of Your Past/Present?

If you are, it might be the reason you keep getting stuck, manifesting the same situations over and over again, without knowing how to break free and manifest what you want for a change.

Is shame the manifesting block you have been trying to pinpoint and overcome? If so, you are now on your way out of the darkness.

Being ashamed of something you’ve done or experienced is just another version of feeling as if you are not good enough; it is the fear of inadequacy that makes you doubt your own worth, power or ability to make life happen. That sense of shame can be strong enough to effortlessly keep you focused on your perceived mistakes instead of enjoying the visualizations of the life you want, making you feel like you don’t deserve that life because of the embarrassment endured.

This might read like a childish concept to some but many adults carry a burden of shame. The need to be better instead of accepting that you are good enough already and can be anything you want to be does not always vanish with age and maturity (if anything, the pressure to keep proving oneself often grows); however, it should. It should vanish in anyone of any age who is suffering from shame or a sense of inadequacy because we decide who we are and how we feel.

No one needs to be ashamed of themselves or their actions if those actions came from the heart and from the best of intentions to pursue one’s happiness. Those who feel ashamed of their actions which had hurt another human or living being can proceed to find self-love and self-respect after forgiving themselves for their actions, no matter what it takes…and anyone has the ability to take these steps.  

Let’s discuss the root causes of shame and why it is self-inflicted. Let’s show exactly how and why one’s sense of shame can be permanently removed from one’s life.

 

First of all, I don’t believe in mistakes. Short of committing a crime, mistakes are non-existent. What we make are choices and for better or worse, who we are determines the choices we are going to make.

If you have made a choice that made you feel bad about yourself, you have already outgrown that sort of behavior and learned from it. You have already outgrown the choice you had made if you are sure that you would never make it again and for that, your experience might have just been worth it. 

If your choice resulted in the shame connected with your perceived lack of ability to attract the person or the relationship you want, that limiting belief of your “lack of ability” is the problem, not the sense of shame it caused.

A sense of shame is always the result of a deep limiting belief that prevents you from manifesting your desired reality. 

Look beyond the shame itself – look at what it is that makes you feel ashamed. Why do you feel ashamed? Therein lies the root of your problem, your self-imposed limiting belief. But how does that belief lead to shame in the first place?

Oftentimes, it is not the choice you made that was the problem but the way it made you feel. Most of the time, the reason you are ashamed is not as big of a deal as you fear it to be but the sensation it continues to cause inside you says something about your self-perception, self-confidence and a sense of self-worth.

For example…

The reason you might fear what the person you are interested in might think of you is because deep down, you already deem yourself inadequate. You have already made that decision about yourself and now you fear someone else mirroring it back to you. Do you see how it all starts with you? 

You may have made a seemingly silly move but it’s important to remember that it’s not what you did – it’s how you feel about it. What seemed silly and embarrassing to you might have gone unnoticed by the person you have set your sights on and anyway, that’s not the point. Again, the question of why you feel the shame remains.

Do you think that you would only feel good about yourself if you were perfect? Is the need for perfection without which you feel inadequate the reason for the shame you carry around? Or do you feel that something you have done or experienced in the past has made you undeserving of happiness for the rest of your life? 

If you feel that way, you must get rid of a deceptive idea that there are better or perfect people in the world. If you feel undeserving, you probably hold an idea of the kind of people who are more deserving than you; however, you must remember that these ideas are only in your head and nowhere near reality. You are not any less valuable than anyone else. Nobody in the world is better than you.

 

We are all worthy individuals, as we have stated on this blog many times. Try to respect yourself as much as you do some others and you’ll see how great it will make you feel. Know that if you decide that all your “shameful” moments are over and forgotten, you will stop reacting to the thoughts of them or completely forget about them just as everyone else will, too.

Manifestation Epidemic – How Can I Ignore the Current Reality?

Fully ignoring your current reality and just thinking about your desired one is a technique in itself, if you ask me. If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you know that I fully advocate ignoring the current reality (or if you seem to be unable to, turning every negative in it into a positive, i.e. “It’s good that I’m single now because I get to do all the things I enjoy but will have less time for once in a relationship” etc.) and if you can just ignore everything in front of you, your visualizations of the ideal will trickle down to your current reality in order to turn it into your ideal one.

Many have wondered how exactly to ignore their current realities, and the answer is…

Ignoring the current reality comes easy when one makes a habit of practicing self-love. Being unable to ignore the current reality happens when that reality strongly bothers you but self-love leads to “fixing” yourself and your current reality by extension.

See how that goes?

If you ever wondered why self-love is key, you just got the answers you were looking for.

Crazy as it sounds, the easiest way to ignore the current reality is to fill it with fun activities. That way, you just happily live and have fun while imagining your ideal reality but not missing it. You don’t even think about it – you just are.

Another way is to love your ideal reality so much that it even transforms your current reality. Even if you never did it, it can be done. I’ve done it. When you love your ideal reality that much, you begin to act as if you’re living it in your current. You start to transfer moods, mindsets and external factors. You begin to look and dress the part.

Now that you know how it works, use these exercises to create your new life.

How to Stop Being Afraid of Change

Have you ever experienced the feeling of living your desired reality stronger than you felt living in your current one?

If you have, you know it can either be completely amazing or overwhelming as much as amazing because a new life brings profound change. Your attitude towards that change will determine your comfort level and with that, the speed of your manifestation process (and we already know one must feel comfortable with living the life they wish to manifest!). 

Imagine living the life you’re well acquainted with – your job or studies, spending time with friends and/or your partner, maybe setting your sights on a potential partner and being very interested in him or her, living in the home you know, travelling some and receiving the paycheck you are used to.

Now, imagine living an entirely different life, even if it was the one you wanted. You might be waking up in your new home, maybe in a new city or another country. You look in the mirror and see your perfect appearance, the way you wanted to see yourself. You are collaborating with entirely different people all of a sudden, in an entirely new way, for much more money. Your work dynamics changed. You might be feeling pressured to keep your new appearance instead of relaxing into it. You might be doubting your sudden success. Your days are filled with new commitments and thinking about entirely new things. On top of all of that, you have a home and a life with your perfect partner and if you have children together, they take up even more of your time. You love your life but it brings up new focus points, a new lifestyle and new commitments to juggle.

As amazing as it is, a change so profound can be scary at times. The thought of changing your routine entirely can make you feel a little uneasy…and that can slow down your manifestation process.

However…

If you can make change feel good and look forward to it, you will want to see your life touched by it.

Experiencing your desired reality in your mind stronger than the current leads to fast manifestation but you must be ready for it!

For all these reasons, I personally must fill my desired life’s ideas and visualization process with positive energy. I thrive on positive energy! Positive energy is easily generated when I create something I would truly love to live which makes it easy to see myself and everyone else involved in that life sublimely happy.

Know what you want first! You have to know what moves you. Positive energy moves me and that is why I have to see myself happy. I believe that positive energy has the power to move anyone which is why happiness makes it easy to see oneself living one’s dream life.

If you need help accepting that life is going to change when you manifest your desires, think about the following.

The thought of living a new life is easily accepted when one realizes that the good things about one’s current life can be taken with them. Not everything absolutely has to change but the aspects that could improve should indeed and one should never prefer staying in a comfort zone of inadequate circumstances just because they feel familiar.

If you accept that change is good, a positive follow-up to creating your new life, you will be eager to create it.

If you accept change as a good thing, you will feel comfortable with the idea of an entirely different lifestyle.

Specific Wording and Manifesting Relationships – Use YOUR Words to Create Positive Manifestations!

Let’s talk about manifesting relationships because I have always found that the correct internal verbal expression of those relationships (which is different for every single individual) leads to positive thoughts and visualization which lead to belief.

Do you prefer to tell yourself that your desired relationship belongs to you already or internally state that it is going to manifest soon?

Which specific wording suits you better?

Some feel unnatural believing their relationships belong to them already but do feel good knowing that everything will come together soon. Others feel great about knowing that everything has already been worked out on an invisible level and just has to manifest in reality. Others genuinely feel good knowing that a relationship might manifest or that it might not, whatever feels best – there is a great deal of individuals out there who don’t practice LoA consciously when it comes to relationships because they feel it ruins the element of surprise.

It doesn’t matter which of these groups you belong to – with positive wording, the wording that feels good to you, you can allow yourself to let go of your relationship to manifest.

Any positive wording you choose will instantly be followed by the feeling as well as spontaneous visualization of your desire as if it has manifested already; however, some prefer to say to themselves that the relationship belongs to them already while others like to say it’ll happen soon. Choose the words that feel good because feeling good leads to manifesting rapidly and effortlessly.

You can also opt for an expression that has no timestamp – without defining the manifestation time of a specific desire, you can use one of the two sayings I have suggested in the past:

“It’s happening right now!” or “It’s a done deal – thank You!”

Using one of these expressions is perfect for removing your thoughts from any specific time your manifestation might come about. You just know that it’s yours without obsessing about the details.

Timestamp-free expression of your desired relationship is perfect for you if your attachment to the relationship you desire is high enough to cause negative feelings.

Timestamp-free expression will remove your attachment. If you have been experiencing attachment so strong you are aware of it, commit to this new way of describing your desired manifestation today.

I have used the timestamp-free method on several occasions of attracting people into my life. This method is highly effective because it leads to knowing while removing the need to know when. Using this method will remind you that the sooner you let go, the sooner you will manifest and refusing to worry about “how” or “when” is going to allow for letting go.

Try it and you’ll see. And, of course, report back!

 

Use Your Words to Create Positive Feelings!

Good evening everyone!

I thought long and hard about everything my comeback article should contain. Actually, I tried not to think long and hard, having felt it was leading to no solution, but still had to tell myself to stop thinking several times so I count it as “thinking long and hard.”

In conclusion, I want to talk about what exactly wording means when it comes to the Law of Attraction and one’s conviction of their desire manifesting. The words we use to boost our belief matter but not in the way you might think.

When it comes to LoA, the words used to express your desire manifesting only matter in the sense of choosing the phrasing that makes you feel like your desire is truly manifesting. Choose the words that make you feel good and truly make you feel like you’re on the right track.

Say “It’s happening right now!” if you prefer feeling that your desire is manifesting soon, any day now or at any time that is soon but not this very moment. Some prefer saying and knowing their desire is manifesting but not express that it’s here already if that feels unnatural. Some let go easily when they know their desire is coming soon.

Say “It’s mine” if you like feeling that it is yours and created fully already. Some prefer to think it’s theirs already and don’t fear imagining it even if it hasn’t manifested yet (because they know it will).

Say “It’s a done deal!” if you just feel good knowing it is yours and this specific phrasing makes you forget about any possible manifestation time period. Words only matter when they boost our positive feelings. 

Believe me, this works! This type of approach allows you to choose the wording that makes you feel good and confident in your desired manifestation; by extension, this approach allows you to let go, as we cannot let go before knowing and feeling good about our desires belonging to us.

I have used different wording for different desires. If the same wording makes you feel good with every single manifestation, use it! If you want to use your own wording to boost your belief, go for it!

LoA and My Life in 2016

I wanted to give you guys an update on my life. I want to document what I do, especially now that I am looking forward to new challenges, opportunities and events as I have just introduced a great new change to my life.

I worked as an independent associate with one university but decided I had accomplished everything I desired and chose to leave this collaboration behind. I had created a program of counselling and seminars for this university unique to the entire country; this type of work was meaningful, challenging and an irreplaceable opportunity. I wanted to leave this job sooner but then realized I hadn’t accomplished everything just yet; this opportunity contributed to my personal satisfaction as well as my professional.

Ever since making the decision to leave, I have been dedicating all my time to writing. I plan on finishing my second book very soon and with that, the year 2016 might be the year I self-published two books. How cool is that!? It definitely is to me.

That was me at age thirty one. I turn thirty two on January 5th.

I have lived about five different lives. Different countries, people and work offered me everything I wanted and I wanted all those lives. I had five lives and a million dreams. Now, especially with my work concluding when I wanted it to, I am ready to move countries once again. Having been close to my family for two or three years was great after being away from them for six years before that and it offered different dynamics which I was craving at the time. I continued to travel and collaborate with various people while spending more time close to my family and now, I need a change once again. I want that change and I look forward to it.

We often discuss love and relationships in this community so let’s talk about that now.

Everyone in this community already chose their perfect person – I might not currently have a great love to manifest but I am open to it! That’s a good start, don’t you think? I look forward to the next chapter. I must admit that I hadn’t missed being in a relationship – many members of this community are or have manifested being in one but I wasn’t ready for the one just yet, if you want to put it that way. And I knew it. There were however options yet had I felt the need for them, they would have eluded me. I have a great family and friends to share love and happiness with. I have met some new, amazing people and all of this blended into an attitude that ensured meeting quality men throughout this time.

This year however, I manifested some great friendships. I had also reaffirmed some existing friendships which showed me whom I wanted to stay close to. I want to keep my friends but some are just closer than others and that’s perfectly fine. Others we stay close with no matter how much time passed. I love these nuances of relationships and life, as they provide fascinating change and dynamics. We all share fun times with each other which is enough to remain appreciative of one another.

Now, I look forward to sharing the news of my new life! Just as importantly, I feel as if it’s 2017 and I am exactly where I wanted to be.
