Would you be interested in reading this? My third book idea in the works!

Hello everyone! 

I’m on holiday in the south of Spain and will catch up with emails and new comments as soon as I return! I got to answer some last week and truly hope that you were satisfied. I hope I helped you out because I appreciate you so much.

Today, I have a question – would you be interested in reading a book on “how to put the past behind you and move on from (the pain of) a past relationship using LoA?” I have just come up with this subject line about an hour ago but genuinely believe there might be something special in it.

This book would detail the process of getting over the pain from your past entirely just by focusing on you and once you should put it behind, possibly rebuilding this relationship in order to make it everything you want it to be…or finding the partner of your dreams and immersing yourself into an entirely new love story with them. Anything you want.

I would also show you my personal ways of doing this and everything that happened before I talked myself into letting go of the frustration. I would tell you how I reminded myself that nothing but happy and positive inner focus was the only way back to being myself, strong with an open heart, loving and attractive, happy and independent…everything one must be either as the partner of someone’s dreams or to be happy on their own. When you’re happy, you love yourself and others without need and attract anyone you want without effort.

How to Stop Being Afraid of Change

Have you ever experienced the feeling of living your desired reality stronger than you felt living in your current one?

If you have, you know it can either be completely amazing or overwhelming as much as amazing because a new life brings profound change. Your attitude towards that change will determine your comfort level and with that, the speed of your manifestation process (and we already know one must feel comfortable with living the life they wish to manifest!). 

Imagine living the life you’re well acquainted with – your job or studies, spending time with friends and/or your partner, maybe setting your sights on a potential partner and being very interested in him or her, living in the home you know, travelling some and receiving the paycheck you are used to.

Now, imagine living an entirely different life, even if it was the one you wanted. You might be waking up in your new home, maybe in a new city or another country. You look in the mirror and see your perfect appearance, the way you wanted to see yourself. You are collaborating with entirely different people all of a sudden, in an entirely new way, for much more money. Your work dynamics changed. You might be feeling pressured to keep your new appearance instead of relaxing into it. You might be doubting your sudden success. Your days are filled with new commitments and thinking about entirely new things. On top of all of that, you have a home and a life with your perfect partner and if you have children together, they take up even more of your time. You love your life but it brings up new focus points, a new lifestyle and new commitments to juggle.

As amazing as it is, a change so profound can be scary at times. The thought of changing your routine entirely can make you feel a little uneasy…and that can slow down your manifestation process.

However…

If you can make change feel good and look forward to it, you will want to see your life touched by it.

Experiencing your desired reality in your mind stronger than the current leads to fast manifestation but you must be ready for it!

For all these reasons, I personally must fill my desired life’s ideas and visualization process with positive energy. I thrive on positive energy! Positive energy is easily generated when I create something I would truly love to live which makes it easy to see myself and everyone else involved in that life sublimely happy.

Know what you want first! You have to know what moves you. Positive energy moves me and that is why I have to see myself happy. I believe that positive energy has the power to move anyone which is why happiness makes it easy to see oneself living one’s dream life.

If you need help accepting that life is going to change when you manifest your desires, think about the following.

The thought of living a new life is easily accepted when one realizes that the good things about one’s current life can be taken with them. Not everything absolutely has to change but the aspects that could improve should indeed and one should never prefer staying in a comfort zone of inadequate circumstances just because they feel familiar.

If you accept that change is good, a positive follow-up to creating your new life, you will be eager to create it.

If you accept change as a good thing, you will feel comfortable with the idea of an entirely different lifestyle.

The Law of Attraction and Weekend Lessons, Part II

I went out with my elementary school friends on Saturday night. Unlike our class reunion two weekends ago, this was a smaller group of just a few people who have had several nights out together since December. Those nights started spontaneously – two of us found ourselves in the workplace of the third when the fourth suddenly showed up. After that, the four of us planned a night out, two planned the reunion and two days ago, we had a fun night out enjoying drinks and live music. I loved it when we started shooting pool later on, though I believe I will never be any good at it.

The four of us have known each other for twenty five years on average. I turned thirty two in January, two others followed last week and the youngest group member will next month. Having known each other for so long and being the exact same age, there is great understanding among us.

It’s amazing to see the extent to which my oldest friends have grown up to be fascinating individuals, simply by being themselves. One of them became an online sensation last year after he declined to charge a book blogger client for a cab ride – instead of the money, he asked for recommendations on some new reads. In sheer amazement, his client gifted him several books and paid for the cab ride. I had heard the story without knowing it was him and after rereading the articles (the story had come out last year and was covered by multiple websites), we had a blast discussing all the comments.

Another one wants the next big step in his life to be parenthood. He says it would make him happier than anything and he is ready. He’s a relaxed, happy and natural person with a healthy attitude towards relationships as well as a great friend. I believe it’s going to happen for him soon.

I love talking to both of them about anything I feel like sharing, laughing out loud to nearly every story I hear. We are entirely relaxed around each other and thrive on being ourselves.

Before all of us met up again soon after the reunion, I knew that we would have a good, fun night. We somehow remained close friends even though some of us haven’t seen each other in many years and I have been grateful for our friendship and mutual understanding. There was a Law of Attraction lesson in it – appreciate what you have and even more will come. Appreciating my friends for the great people they are showed me they were even more amazing than I knew because appreciating what you see truly leads to seeing even more than you asked for.

There’s also another fantastic benefit of having friends that have the power to truly capture your attention and make you laugh to tears.

When you spend time with friends who make you forget about everything else, your vibration shifts. You can see yourself having what you want without needing it (or needing anything else) because happiness fulfills our needs. Not anyone or anything but pure happiness.

Those who make me laugh boost the feeling of pure happiness in me.

Rely on Yourself, Rely on the Good, Focus on the Positive

My entire manifestation method is based on relying on my visualization, if you will. I think about what I want because it makes me happy while I make the effort to fix the parts that don’t.

When you focus on your desired reality, there will be very few parts you don’t like, if any. When you get used to seeing what you want to have and would love to do, that is the focus you will automatically go to. You will be ignoring the current reality by default and all the details in it will work themselves out. You must only get yourself used to enjoying the desired reality in your mind.

Problems arrive when you try to plan and coordinate your current reality with your desired one, obsessing over what you want to do now instead of just imagining that you already have everything. Thinking about what you want to do to improve your momentary reality energetically shows that you don’t have your desired reality just yet – you should abandon this practice immediately.

Just happily imagine having what you want.

Once you start to do this, you also get even more than you imagined. Last weekend, I went to a class reunion I was unsure I could have fun at. The night started off so-so until I disconnected from the parts of it that were annoying to me and focused only on the parts I liked. Suddenly, the enjoyment grew and the fun took over when a group of thirty-something adults who had powered through their early age together found themselves acting like children again and enjoying every minute of it.

Let me explain.

Prior to organising the reunion, I had expressed distaste for our former class teacher. I saw her at a function two years ago and she was practically begging to be the centre of attention which I found desperate for an adult woman. When I saw her at the reunion, she remembered every single person that had showed up except for me – a move that had actually made me happy because it gave me a reason to ignore her for the rest of the night. When she got on my case about not wanting to have kids, I gave poised answers which the rest of the group agreed with and she still managed to annoy a close friend of mine by prolonging the subject. She had arrived inebriated and repeated every single point she tried to make ten times throughout the night but after I moved across the table and focused on the great conversation there, the party suddenly grew and she left before the fun continued.

When you focus on the good, the bad has no choice but to escape. Same goes for the negative feelings you carry.

As the fun continued, it grew further as we collectively adopted the same fun attitudes we had while growing up together. We danced, pulled pranks, talked, laughed and continued to do so until six a.m.. The following day, we continued to chat and rehash. The conversation was even better this time because we were older, more experienced and independent. As a group, we naturally focused on everything positive.

However, those who choose to be guided by their negative feelings which are usually related to their hurtful current realities have different life experiences. You must only imagine what you want to be happening.

You have been taught to rely on the current reality – when you learn to rely on yourself, things change. Your parents might have taught you to rely on the current reality because that was the best they could do but now, you’re an adult and you know better. You choose your beliefs.

 

You Get What You Give in Manifesting Relationships

You get what you give – we often hear this phrase when dealing with LoA. I often say it but I find it comforting. Why shouldn’t I receive a great life while sending positive vibes out into the world?

But what does this idea mean in terms of manifesting relationships?

“You get what you give” means being an amazing person and believing that your partner is one so that you could attract the kind of relationship you want with that person. If you believe that the both of you are amazing people, you will believe in the possibility of your desired relationship with that person. Whether you are manifesting being with a specific or a generic person you haven’t met yet, it means knowing that the relationship you want is yours and being the kind of person that deserves it, which means being the person who is convinced of deserving to live their desires.

You already are an amazing person and so is the person you are manifesting being with. Now, all you have to do is believe in it. Neither of you needs to be superhuman – you are both amazing just as you are.

I use the term “amazing” but you can use any term you want – “great,” “kind,” “good” or simply, “deserving.” Use anything you want!

If you don’t believe that you can manifest your desire just yet, make sure to be the kind of person you admire! Accept that you are good enough now but if you need to, improve yourself as well. Do the things you always wanted to do. Contribute to yourself and the world. Do whatever you need to do in order to finally realize that you are an amazing individual.

You must love yourself first so that you could love another and offer them a reason to come into your life.

LAYING THE GROUNDWORK

When manifesting relationships, laying the groundwork is important in order to offer someone else a happy partnership. You are making sure you’re happy so that you could be the perfect partner.

If you feel that way already, just ask and receive but if you feel like you need some prep, keep reading.

Many want to manifest a relationship at the time they are unhappy which doesn’t make them a good partner. This is manifesting out of need, not love. Instead, these individuals need to be happy with what they already have in order to gain even more and be an amazing partner just the way they are.

Manifesting relationships is a serious thing because you must be a quality person in order to attract a quality partner and relationship. If you don’t feel good enough, the problem lies in your beliefs about what exactly quality means.

Too many people fear that quality means physical perfection, financial wealth, fame, fortune and similar things. They base the idea of quality on the external factors so much that they forget it is all about the internal. Not even your looks mean anything because it is all about your inner energy and if you look back on your life, you would understand why this is true, especially after observing your past relationships.

I realized a long time ago that looks, age, financial wealth or any other external factors don’t matter. Only those who think their looks and similar factors matter end up lowering their level of attraction to others. Those who believe that everyone will deem them amazing only if they do so themselves end up attracting whomever they want!

For all these reasons, giving love to yourself means laying the groundwork for a successful relationship.

The Right Food Combinations

When I was a teenager, I read an interview with a doctor in which she explain the “correct food combinations” for a healthy body, a fit figure and as I discovered, a happy and healthy state of mind.

These are the combinations:

  • Nothing but fruit before noon;
  • Yogurt with whole wheat bread;
  • Cereal with fresh fruit instead of dairy (I add pieces of fresh grapefruit to mine);
  • Cheese with vegetables (never with bread, any type of wheat or grains);
  • Fish with vegetables, potatoes with vegetables, pasta with vegetables;
  • Bread with butter;
  • Rice mainly with vegetables but can also be eaten with fish;
  • If you overdo it with sweets or junk food one day, eat only fruits and vegetables the next;
  • Spices, nuts and oils are important in a variety of ways;
  • Drink as much water as possible.
  • Don’t deprive yourself of anything but just combine it correctly!
  • Solve random moments of hunger with fruit or vegetables prepared to your liking.
  • In addition, choose any type of workout that makes you happy!

In my experience, this is the food for a healthy awareness.

You may also follow this regimen if you wish to lose weight.

We all know that an imbalanced food regimen can cause turmoil inside one’s mind. I notice that whenever I follow this particular regiment (which is most of the time), my mind is clear, I remain calm and my intentions are even clearer. I am naturally focused on happiness.

I believe that many health professionals have come to the same conclusions on their own, as it takes just a little observation to see what exactly makes the mind and the body work. When it comes to LoA, a healthy mind and body each serve as an invaluable aid to your positive attitude and successful manifestations.

Suddenly, you feel good and expect to keep on feeling good so you naturally assume that life is working out to your favor. This is only a natural next step from feeling good – when you feel good, positive expectations follow.

This regimen is simple and effective.

The Final Edit…

I just wanted to let you all know that I am doing the final editing of my book so we are a week or so away from it finally being available online!

I had taken my time with it because I wanted to organize the content the best I could but have found it challenging at times because LoA principles relate and repeat throughout various life situations. With every example, I wanted to show the reasons for it, the awareness it reflects and why and how improvement can be achieved.

The focus of the book is creating and improving one’s self confidence and self love in order to achieve effortless manifestation. It includes personal examples, manifestation stories and the lessons they brought. The book also discusses self-love and how one can go about achieving it.

As one of its most important aspects, the book  shows why there is no “doing” or “working” to achieve results with LoA except the work put into feeling good about ourselves.

LoA and Life Goals

I want to share with you the story of a friend of mine who used LoA in her life simply by immersing herself into positive feelings and believing she would get everything she wanted, when she wanted it.

Before I started bouncing around Europe and USA, we went to school together. We met at the age of nine when I changed schools. As it turned out, we also lived in the same building. Soon, we were good friends.

We kept in touch throughout our lives and at the age of twenty-five, I attended her wedding. This was a major life event she had manifested at the exact time she intended it.

Years earlier, she had decided she wanted to be married by the age of twenty-five. Having made the decision, she was sure her desire would manifest. She moved on with her life, enjoying work, friends and family, having fun and feeling grateful for everything she had.

When we were twenty-four, she informed me she was getting married. Informing me of the time period to give me a chance to plan my trip from abroad, I was absolutely thrilled. The wedding took place two months after her 25th birthday.

Another goal she had was to be a mother by the time she turned thirty. However, after the wedding, she was putting a great deal of importance on this goal and its manifestation. She then realized she had developed attachment to her goal and was worrying about its manifestation, preventing her from enjoying any thought she had about it. This was out of character for her.

She was a person who had used LoA effortlessly in life but had now realized she was using it incorrectly.

Attachment to one’s desire which means noticing it missing and allowing that to lower one’s vibration prevents the said desire from manifesting. In order to manifest, one must let go.

Then, she said to herself,

“I have to relax. This is going to happen but I have to relax. If it happens now, great; if not, it’ll happen when it happens.”

After that, her pregnancy happened almost immediately.

This magnificently simple story describes the essence of LoA. This is all we need to do in order to manifest. She has since used LoA to improve circumstances at work and manifest many positive circumstances for her family. She doesn’t believe anything to be impossible but knows that everything in life is a matter of choice.

This is simply all we need to do.
