Recently, I have been asked why my personal manifestation methods are so relaxed that they don’t actually involve much “doing.” All they involve is living and visualizing.
Every time I try to manifest but felt tense or dissatisfied with what I was thinking about (usually due to certain dislikes in my current reality), I manifested the things I was oddly curious about which weren’t necessarily pleasant. I would manifest staying away from situations that made me feel uncomfortable or like I was compromising my principles but I didn’t always manifest entirely great situations as an alternative. However, they were all interesting, unique learning experiences…but do you want to know the best part?

When we want something truly and deeply, a blend of this desire with our existing fears can lead to worrying about losing it as soon as we manifest it. If you worry about losing what you wish to manifest, it means there are fears in you caused by past events that you haven’t dealt with.

For days, I’ve been thinking about the single most important part of effortless manifestation. Most of us wanted to know the answer to successfully avoiding negative thoughts and stopping ourselves from engaging in doubt yet we didn’t find it until we started to feel unconditionally good about ourselves.
They don’t tell us that love is the key to LoA for nothing. Some might wonder why love is such a boost and why self-love in particular means so much in this process but when you think about it, you end up realizing that self-love leads to positivity and positivity leads to relaxation, trust and letting go. A relaxed mind boosted by loving emotions leads to attracting one’s desired life without effort.
You might wonder why exactly the core of your personality makes such a difference. Continue reading “Self-Love Equals Smooth Manifestation”
When it comes to manifestation, you might be closer to your goal than you realize.
You might think you have no money only to discover that your bank account balance increased while you weren’t looking.
You might deem it impossible to imagine living the life you want only to find yourself indulging in related visualizations soon after and coming out a different, more positive person.
A simple change in your daily dynamics could help you realize how far you’ve come and what a positive person you genuinely are.
You might fear you will never attract the person you want to be with (back) into your life only to finally let go as a result, shift your awareness entirely and all of a sudden, manifest.
If you are, it might be the reason you keep getting stuck, manifesting the same situations over and over again, without knowing how to break free and manifest what you want for a change.
Is shame the manifesting block you have been trying to pinpoint and overcome? If so, you are now on your way out of the darkness.
Being ashamed of something you’ve done or experienced is just another version of feeling as if you are not good enough; it is the fear of inadequacy that makes you doubt your own worth, power or ability to make life happen. That sense of shame can be strong enough to effortlessly keep you focused on your perceived mistakes instead of enjoying the visualizations of the life you want, making you feel like you don’t deserve that life because of the embarrassment endured.

I want to address the issue of thinking about your desire and encountering fear and negative thoughts.
As I stated in the past (my book included), start by being convinced that after you have asked for your desire, you must receive it. Since your desire absolutely has to manifest, you may relish the thoughts of living it all you want.
I am able to think about my desire or not for as long as I want to because from the moment I ask for it, I believe that it is manifesting. I let go of the need to control the process because the positive thoughts of living my desire make me see that it is manifesting in the most amazing way.
One only doubts the manifestation process if one entertains both the positive and the negative feelings connected to their desire.
In accordance, all lack of happiness comes from fearing or worrying that one’s desire is not manifesting and never will.
When any fears related to your desire come up, remind yourself that it is yours already. Because you asked, it is yours already.
If you keep reminding yourself of this fact, you will start to believe it with every part of you very soon. All it takes is a little belief to start with in order to fully believe and relax soon after. You can do this and you know it!
As a friend of mine recently stated, it is fun to see yourself living your desire! Enjoy it.
Believe that you can do anything. Believe that you can make anything happen and see your dreams coming true. If you decide this to be possible for you, you will assume that all your desires are manifesting while thinking about them with newfound lightness and love.
I rarely think about this aspect of life but last night’s odd dreams I experienced prompted me to say a few words.
I know some who live by their dreams in many ways, taking them seriously and often as a compass. I never do – I merely allow my subconscious mind show me the thoughts I’m unaware of when having them. I rarely experience my dreams in detail but they tend to make themselves clear during the transitional periods of my life. Dreams are indicators of our where our subconscious minds are, allowing our limiting thoughts to surface and therefore, be resolved.
Dreaming is not a manifestation time – at most, it is the time during which signs can appear.
As a sign of an upcoming manifestation, one could ask for their dreams to reflect their desires. However, this still doesn’t mean that dreams decide in which direction a life will go – that is up to you and your state of awareness.
Dreams can be very useful in allowing limiting beliefs to appear and therefore, be resolved once we know where exactly the problem lies.
When dreams reflect one’s limiting beliefs, this is an indication that they’ve been given power with the help of one’s feelings. This is nothing to be alarmed about, as it is only a reminder to change one’s thoughts.
There are those who take their dreams too seriously – they tend to believe that everything seen during their sleep is to be taken as literal prophecy. This idea goes back to our dreams not being a deterministic reflection of our faith but alerting us to our undesirable thoughts instead. Thoughts can change any second, allowing less than desirable ones to leave and be replaced by the positive.
To be continued.
