When it comes to manifestation, you might be closer to your goal than you realize.

You might think you have no money only to discover that your bank account balance increased while you weren’t looking.

You might deem it impossible to imagine living the life you want only to find yourself indulging in related visualizations soon after and coming out a different, more positive person.

A simple change in your daily dynamics could help you realize how far you’ve come and what a positive person you genuinely are.

You might fear you will never attract the person you want to be with (back) into your life only to finally let go as a result, shift your awareness entirely and all of a sudden, manifest.

Manifestation Epidemic – How Can I Ignore the Current Reality?

Fully ignoring your current reality and just thinking about your desired one is a technique in itself, if you ask me. If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you know that I fully advocate ignoring the current reality (or if you seem to be unable to, turning every negative in it into a positive, i.e. “It’s good that I’m single now because I get to do all the things I enjoy but will have less time for once in a relationship” etc.) and if you can just ignore everything in front of you, your visualizations of the ideal will trickle down to your current reality in order to turn it into your ideal one.

Many have wondered how exactly to ignore their current realities, and the answer is…

Ignoring the current reality comes easy when one makes a habit of practicing self-love. Being unable to ignore the current reality happens when that reality strongly bothers you but self-love leads to “fixing” yourself and your current reality by extension.

If you ever wondered why self-love is key, you just got the answers you were looking for.

Crazy as it sounds, the easiest way to ignore the current reality is to fill it with fun activities. That way, you just happily live and have fun while imagining your ideal reality but not missing it. You don’t even think about it – you just are.

Another way is to love your ideal reality so much that it even transforms your current reality. Even if you never did it, it can be done. I’ve done it. When you love your ideal reality that much, you begin to act as if you’re living it in your current. You start to transfer moods, mindsets and external factors. You begin to look and dress the part.

(The Idea of) Manifestation, Before and After

Do you put more time into thinking about your desire manifesting rather than living with it after it does?

The need for manifestation can be strong enough to tempt one into focusing on the manifestation part alone…but what happens after?

When one chooses to focus on the manifestation part alone, they are guided by need instead of love. True love for one’s desired life allows for seeing oneself living that life instead of just experiencing a high from a desire manifested.

When you think about receiving or living your desired reality, are you honest with yourself? Do you want to just receive your desired reality or do you want to live it every day? Do you see the difference?

Manifestation is all about choosing what you would love to be living today and loving it.

When it comes to what I want in life, I want it to be a constant presence. I want it in my life every day. I feel comfortable living (with) it every day because I want to live it every day. Feeling good when manifesting is important because those feelings allow for positive manifestations and shift focus to the end result instead of the current need for instant fulfilment.

In order to distinguish between the need for instant result and true love for your manifestation, think about this – how often have you felt poorly about something you wanted to manifest just because you had noticed that it hasn’t happened yet? You might have been bouncing around from one manifestation method to another, hoping for instant result instead of imagining having your end result and allowing it to sink into your awareness.

This particular state of mind can be a nuisance and it can last for as long as you engage in it. Some worry that they hadn’t manifested their desire yet but this type of worry comes from noticing your desire missing from your life which comes from need. Those who engaged in this way of thinking didn’t imagine having what they wanted but noticed that they didn’t have it yet, looking for new ways of achieving immediate results instead of allowing for those results to be reached on their own while the time passed anyway.

In order to achieve what you desire, visualize your life now that you have it. The more you do so, the more you will feel it being yours. You will naturally let it go to manifest after you truly feel it being yours but for that, you must see it or at least choose to believe in it.

Manifestation Epidemic – What is Law of Attraction, Anyway? 

Law of Attraction is about you and everything you believe in. Law of Attraction responds to your feelings, beliefs, happiness and imagination, creating your life according to those aspects of you.

Everything you have in your life right now is what you believed was possible for you on some level. If you can see something in your mind, you can certainly manifest it.

However,

If you can see yourself happily living your desire in your mind, the feeling of living it will make its way through your awareness, removing all attachment and allowing you to let go and manifest naturally.

WHAT IS ATTACHMENT?

More than anything, attachment is connected with the need to manifest what you want as soon as possible, impatiently and while trying to prove to yourself that you can. If you are attached to your desire, you probably keep thinking that you want what you want now, not feeling like doing anything else until you manifest it.

At the same time, don’t those thoughts and the need to prove something to yourself mean that you don’t have your desire just yet? Your goal is to feel that you do!

This is why you can think of your desire all your want if those thoughts are loving visualizations of living your desire – when you’ve had enough, you will naturally let go and focus on something else, allowing your desire to manifest.

You’re supposed to be happy, love your desire and be grateful that it’s yours! You are supposed to feel what it’s like to live your life with your desire in it.

You are only supposed to imagine what you would love to happen while being grateful for being so happy.

Some wrongly focus on the “waiting” and “trying” to manifest their desire, feeling like this all the time. They remain stuck in this energy which makes them feel awful, like their desire is slipping away which creates even more attachment as a result.

If you feel downright lousy when thinking about your desire, you are not nurturing the thoughts you want to be thinking in order to manifest. You are not believing in yourself. You are probably focusing on the wrong aspect of your desire – waiting instead of having.

Right now, you feel that you’re missing it but as soon as you get used to having it in your mind, you will automatically let it go to manifest.

You will manifest what you believe is possible for you in life. Even if you thought that something was once possible but then gave up and moved on, you may have manifested it anyway because you had finally let go.

What does that tell you?

Attachment often feels like waiting for your desire to manifest instead of having it. Attachment comes from wanting to have everything right now. 

Attachment is removed by believing you already have everything.

HOW DOES IT FEEL?

After putting a great deal of energy into living your desire, you will realize that living it actually is natural. If you can see it in your mind, it can become natural to you. Suddenly, you’ve experienced it and don’t need it anymore; soon, it manifests.

Even when accompanied by a great deal of excitement, seeing yourself living your desire can become natural to you. Excitement doesn’t have to last or, it can come and go, but true love for your desire runs deep.

True appreciation for your desire keeps it in your reality.

Manifestation Epidemic – Trying to Manifest while Attempting to Fix the Current Reality

If the Law of Attraction confuses you at times, you probably find yourself bouncing from the thoughts of living your desire to the thoughts of not having it in your current reality just yet. This is one of the most common manifestation and LoA teaching problems; it is where attachment and the refusal to let go rule one’s awareness.

In short,

If you can’t take the focus off your current reality, your desired one isn’t making you happy enough…yet. You must make the visualizations and feelings of having your desire more vivid, creative and reflecting what you want instead of what you don’t or what you fear having to settle for.

If you pay equal attention to your positive and negative thoughts, you are stuck between the realities, so to speak. However, focusing on your desired reality is always the answer. The more you nurture positive feelings about your desired reality, the more your current one will fade.

Can you imagine what your life would look like if your entire visualization focus rested on having and living your desire already? It would be everything you see and it would lead to manifestation. You wouldn’t think twice about still living your current reality and you would start to enjoy it while knowing that your desired reality is coming.

When manifesting anything you can imagine, I consider it a done deal. All my happiness goes into the thoughts of living my desire which takes the focus off my current reality, allowing me to live it and stop paying attention to the insignificant details in it. As I enjoy these visualizations, my awareness soaks up the feeling of having what I want. With my desire in my life, I imagine it to be inspiring, positively challenging and full of enjoyment.

When you make your desired reality that happy, the current becomes something you don’t even think about. You don’t mind it and might start to enjoy it as a result. In addition, this approach is pure self love due to the giving of love to yourself and having your desire.

If you can’t take the focus off your current reality, you will as soon as you make your desired one more engaging in your mind. Then, you will also let go to manifest.

At the same time, impatience and a lack of self love prevent many from entirely letting go of the current reality and putting their faith into the desired; instead, many look for short-term solutions and “steps” to manifest their desire slowly, wanting to feel happy now without having to take the time to locate their limiting beliefs and personal manifesting blocks.

Some refuse to let go due to the fear of actually manifesting their desire, feeling undeserving of that manifestation and fearing its eventual loss instead of praising its gain and presence. If this is you, repeating the affirmation “I am good enough” whenever you feel the need is going to work for you.

Manifestation Epidemic – Not Believing in Yourself

It truly is as simple as I’ve just written it.

One of the biggest manifestation problems is a lack of confidence in one’s inner power. All of us are capable of attracting anything we want yet we attract what we believe we can have even if that belief lasts only a few seconds per thought.

The trick is to believe in one’s ability to manifest one’s true desires.

If you could have anything, absolutely anything, in your life today, what would it be?

Now, believe that you can have this. Believe it’s yours already and is coming together right now. Believe that it’s about to manifest – any day now!

Many simply refuse to nurture this way of thinking. Instead, they think about which LoA technique to use in order to manifest their desired reality. They worry about the goings on in their current reality (or a lack thereof). All these thoughts simply reinforce the uncertainty in one’s ability to manifest one’s desires.

If you are unsure that you’re “doing it right,” you are noticing your desire missing from your life and seem to be unsure that you can manifest it.

If you’re worried that you might manifest the undesired instead, that is just another way of saying you don’t believe in your ability to manifest your desires.

Why do you do this to yourself? More importantly, why don’t you believe in yourself?

See yourself having what you want! Trust that it’s yours and you will never again doubt your abilities. However, you must believe before seeing and know that it’s yours already. You can only manifest what you believe you can have.

Every time the thoughts of your current reality come to you, switch them to the thoughts of having and being grateful for living the life of your dreams!

Manifestation Epidemic – Big and Small Desires

You might be looking at everything you have in one way and everything you don’t in another.

Many still fail to realize that LoA is life and not some out-of-this-world concept that you’re supposed to go through the motions of. You manifest what you believe you can have and with that, what you expect is possible for you. You manifest what you expect to receive and what you see yourself having, living.

Those who can’t see themselves living their desires feel the need for them; however, some of these people might only want to “experience” their desires and not actually live them every day. You must ask yourself if this is what you really want – do you just want to see your desire manifest or, do you want to live it every single day of your life? Do you want it to be there even when you take some time for yourself and do other things? Are you ready to live it every day?

Being able to see yourself living your desire starts from the belief that it is possible. This belief will give you confidence or your confidence will result in this belief; either way, it works. This is also where a specific problem comes from – some see themselves easily having some things but never having some others, finding them almost impossible to attract.

What you must understand is that all your desires are equally likely to happen and by classifying them, you are standing in your own way. You are building your own barriers. By worrying whether or not you would receive some of your desires but not others, you are preventing your own happiness from existing.

It’s that simple.

Put your logical mind to work. Is there really a reason why you should not attract what you want? Others have done it so why not you? I know that a part of you has already realized that seeing differences in your desires makes no sense. Be grateful for it!

There are no big and small desires – only what you believe you can have. All your desires are equal in magnitude.

Just believe, know, smile and be grateful for having what you wanted in your life right now.

Manifestation Epidemic – Attractiveness and Stability Lost

Anyone can be just as attractive as someone else. Like anything, this type of awareness comes from your inner world instead of your physical attributes.

When impatient to manifest a desire as soon as possible, many forget that feeling good about themselves is essential to their success. Whether it’s self confidence, self comfort, self love or simply feeling that they have everything they need, the others who succeed do so because they feel good (about themselves, whether or not they realize it).

Do you spend much time trying to be someone you’re not, measure up to someone else or feel that you need to “improve?”

Think of someone you consider attractive. Then, think about why you find them attractive. You know it’s more than just their looks. What do you like about the energy this person projects? Do they possess any attributes you admire? It’s all about the way one feels! 

You are only as attractive as you feel and you can understand that you will only be as attractive as you allow yourself to feel. If you dare to feel as attractive as someone you admire, to use the most simplified example, you would understand why it comes from within even though it may seem otherwise.

This entire field of manifestation epidemic can be resolved with self love, just like anything else. At the same time, an insight into why people think the way they do might help you accept and understand why you can feel good.

Attractiveness and Stability

Being able to wait for your desire patiently is a sign of personal stability.

Personal stability can be achieved with love. If you feel a great deal of love for your desire (and, yourself), you can get there fast. If you keep looking for it, you are definitely not ready to live it. How could you be? You don’t believe it’s yours! Self love can help you with this – a practice I always recommend, self love leads to inner peace, emotional stability and everything else that makes you feel good.

When it comes to relationships, stability is a quality that adds to your attractiveness. We are all attracted to people who don’t seem to need anything but are happy in the life they created, with everything they have, all of which adds to their stability. If you are unhappy with what you have, it is difficult to feel attractive and deserving. See what I mean?

You are not trying to achieve stability for the sake of your desire – you want to achieve it for yourself first, for your own happiness. Stability equals happiness. If you don’t believe me, look back on any time you were happy with your life without feeling the need for anything else. Those were the times you were steady in every way and simply happy. Those were the times you looked ahead with hope and positive expectations instead of fear and worry.

Stability can also be achieved with patience (or, it can lead to patience). Stability and patience go hand in hand. When you feel happy and calm, knowing you’re going to get what you want, you feel good which in turn makes you even more attractive.

Sometimes, stability means avoiding mistakes. Other times, it means admitting to them. To me, stability also means honesty which is why I practice it in my case.

You probably look at some people and think that they’re more attractive than you. Don’t feel unattractive – it’s not worth it, especially when knowing it all comes from within. If you want, use those people as inspiration, not negative self classification, but always be and remain yourself.

Silence the Thoughts of Missing Your Desire and End the Waiting Period!

The question of how long it takes for a specific desire to manifest is something I have been asked a lot recently.

Some wondered,

Why do certain desires take time? Do some desires necessarily need to take long to manifest? Why do some take long and others don’t? What can be done to speed up the manifestation process?

I say, it all comes down to the following questions.

Why do you care when some of your desires manifest but not others? Why are you attached to some of your desires but not others? Why do you perceive some of your desires as easy to manifest and normal to have in your life but not others?

Do you know that by letting go, you can manifest immediately?

However, letting go is connected to the feeling of living your desire already instead of missing it.

The answers to all those questions might give you more of a manifesting relief than you currently imagine. If you have negative thoughts, they might not even be present for the reasons you think but if you ask yourself why, you could uncover the real reasons for them.

On the other hand, there are other ways of cutting down on your manifestation waiting period, especially after you begin to understand the reasons why some desires take long to manifest.

You perceive your desires to be missing from your life.

If you feel that you’ve been waiting long, abandon that awareness immediately! If you notice that your desire is taking forever, you’re running the risk of your manifestation taking even longer if you indulge in the feelings of emptiness. What you focus on persists and if you are focused on having waited a long time and gotten nowhere, you are noticing the wait and prolonging the missing.

This is where visualization and imagining that you have your desire already works and changes your awareness, taking away your feelings of need and filing your life with happiness and a sense of security. Happily imagining that you have your desire in your life already and visualizing as well as knowing that your desire is going to manifest cut down on your waiting period and allow you to manifest even faster than you expect.

You are trying to control the process.

Many tend to focus on the process instead of the end result (or, focus on the current reality).

The “how” part is not up to you or me – it is up to the Universe but if you allow it, it will manifest your desires in an even more magical way than you expect. The Universe wants to give you what you want immediately and you can allow that to happen by nurturing happy thoughts of your desired end result.

The wait will only exist if you focus on it. Don’t! Focus on having your desire instead and be grateful for it. Know that it’s coming or imagine that you have it already. There are so many ways of being happy and feeling good so pick one!

Nothing has to take long but the sooner you stop noticing your desire missing from your life, the sooner you will manifest.

Why the wait?

You perceive the wait because you are dissatisfied with your current reality sans manifestation. However, once you become truly happy with your current reality, with everything you have simply because you appreciate it, you will see yourself living your desired reality. Even if this doesn’t make any sense to you, it is what it is – happy people see themselves having what they want while the unhappy ones don’t believe that things could improve.

You will stop waiting when you embrace the “having.” Your desire belongs to you already – accept it.
