For the past few days, I haven’t been focusing on myself emotionally. I needed a reminder to actually focus on myself and not other things and people.
Being specific has its ups and downs. Then again, anything does.
In life, my actions always reflected a core belief of “I want this so I am going to have it – nothing else, nothing less!” which led me to certain manifestations that looked nothing like I had imagined.
Let’s talk about manifesting relationships because I have always found that the correct internal verbal expression of those relationships (which is different for every single individual) leads to positive thoughts and visualization which lead to belief.
Do you prefer to tell yourself that your desired relationship belongs to you already or internally state that it is going to manifest soon?
Which specific wording suits you better?
Some feel unnatural believing their relationships belong to them already but do feel good knowing that everything will come together soon. Others feel great about knowing that everything has already been worked out on an invisible level and just has to manifest in reality. Others genuinely feel good knowing that a relationship might manifest or that it might not, whatever feels best – there is a great deal of individuals out there who don’t practice LoA consciously when it comes to relationships because they feel it ruins the element of surprise.
Combining some light psychology and manifestation can be useful. Today, we are going to discuss your personality, preferences, habits and ways of expressing yourself that can help your manifestation play out as smoothly as possible.
Some people are extroverted and others, introverted. Some are outgoing and others are shy. Some are open and others tend to be distrusting for a variety of reasons. Some love to have booming social lives while others prefer to socialize mainly with their closest friends. Some are optimists and others are pessimists, even if they wish to be optimists instead and are currently working on achieving that goal. Some love to take risks while others like to feel comfortable. All of us love novelty in different ways.
How well do you know yourself? Knowing what kind of person you are helps you reach your full manifestation potential. What are you used to? More importantly, what would you prefer to experience?
Our strongest character traits can drive us in our lives. The things we seek and the lives we value can help us define the path in which we see our future manifestations coming together. Our personalities can help us manifest if we stay positive yet true to ourselves.
Are you upbeat? Do you like to engage in the things that keep you happy and excited? Or, do you get excited about many things without effort? Either way, you can boost your manifestation with the behaviors that are organic to you.
You probably like to enjoy the things that make you excited so try and incorporate living your desire with that. What would your desired manifestation have to entail in order for you to feel comfortable with it yet never lose yourself? If you like an adrenaline rush, take action towards your desire but only if the thought of doing so makes you happy while you expect nothing in return. In this case, you would simply be feeding your own happiness. You will feel excitement just from making a move! At the same time, always remain positive.
Are you an extremely strong person? Do you feel good but are rarely rattled, reducing your worries to problems larger than your own? If you think that nothing is a big deal (or, that many others make a big deal out of nothing), you stand a great chance at fast manifestation due to your steady mind and a resistance-free outlook on life.
Just like nothing else is a big deal, neither is your manifestation – it is just as likely to happen as anything else. Believe! You can receive your desire because it’s a regular thing in life. Something you are wishing for has already manifested for someone else before you and there will be others who will manifest the same type of thing in the future. It’s not as big of a deal as it seems.
Are you a highly positive person? Do you like to turn every situation in life into something positive or better yet, something you actually want?
You might not usually manifest many specific situations but rather have a habit of turning everything you encounter into something positive, knowing it’s going to work out for the best. Use your lack of need for specific details and focus on your end result – keep your end goal simple and you’ll succeed fast!
Are you imaginative? If you are, you can use the power of visualization effortlessly. With your eyes open or closed, focused or in passing, imagine that you have what you want, now. What are you doing with it? How do you feel? Who are you? Use the power of your imagination and live your desire as if it were reality right now!
If you like to imagine what makes you feel good, simply imagine your future.
Are you usually quiet? Then, you might prefer your desires to come to you without you “doing” anything but feeling good about yourself and allowing manifestation to happen by letting go. The steps in between will align.
Imagine a world in which your desires have manifested. You were comfortable with manifestation and are now happy. Wasn’t it easy yet you were able to be yourself, taking all the time you needed?
When you happily think about living in the world where you have everything you wanted, say an affirmation which reflects having your desire in your life or lovingly visualize living what you wanted. Then, just be yourself.
Be positive and believe.
For the past few days, I’ve been thinking about my personal manifesting styles.
There were times when I visualized my desired reality and let it go automatically; without even thinking about it, I just knew I would manifest and felt good about it. Some other days, I told myself to let go because I knew it would allow me to manifest immediately.
“It’s happening right now.” But, why?
Everything starts from the right attitude – knowing you posses the capability to manifest everything you want. What many don’t realize is that thinking about their dreams prompts them to move in the direction of their dreams. Nothing comes together without the right attitude and a relaxed state of mind, both of which trigger the Law of Attraction to work.
Believing that something is coming together for you is going to get you to the place you want to be. Regardless of what might be happening at this moment, your personal belief will allow the world around you to change. Miracles happen in mere moments and your belief can seem to not be working until the moment it does; however, this is completely normal and another reason why you should simply ignore the way things are and focus on the way you want them to be.
It all comes down to a single manifesting method, believing and letting go, the meta of LoA. Whether or not we tell ourselves to, putting positive feelings into the thoughts of living our desires will allow us to let them go in order to manifest. Love your desire and allow the two of you to cross paths. You can have what you want but simply must allow yourself to be happy now in order to attract your desire to you. You must be grateful for everything you already have in order to gain even more.
Enjoying “me” time removes need and excessive attachment to one’s desire, allowing them to enjoy their life fully and rapidly manifest entirely new miracles.
“Me” time is another positive concept which society has spun into negative, pegging it selfish and unnecessary. “Me” time allows you to reconnect with your essence and true desires, giving you a chance to be grateful for everything you have.
I love my personal time. Going to a spa, reading a book, watching movies, long walks, meditation, even shopping all by myself in some cases can give me exactly what I need. I love and deserve it; my private time reminds me of everything I love, have and deserve in life. You can feel the same way and you know it!
Much of my work is also created in private but that is an entirely different story.
Many Law of Attraction teachers advocate pampering oneself as a method of expressing self-love as well as raising awareness of one’s value. I absolutely agree.
When you start to treat yourself the way you deserve, you will only accept the same from others.
“Me” time allows you to raise your vibration as you remind yourself of how rich and wonderful life is.
Nothing raises my vibration as effectively as a song that describes my feelings. I’m a music fan that manifests the perfect song of the moment without effort and recommend this to everyone. So many of us love music and can use this extremely easy way of raising our vibration.
Personally, I can kill an entire day listening to the same song on repeat while going about my work and errands. Connected to my desire, this particular song gives me effortless visualizations and makes me happy, preparing me for receiving and living my desire.
Your private visualization time with music on makes for fantastic “me” time.
There is only the “having” or the “missing” of your desire in/from your life.
When aware of having your desire, you feel secure, happy and are able to let go (to manifest).
When you feel your desire missing from your life, your brain keeps elaborating on that idea, producing more of the “not having.” Fear, negative scenarios and doubt are mere manifestations of the same awareness.
If you change any negative belief into a positive one, the idea of having your desire leading your awareness, your brain will soon produce even more thoughts of “having it” which will ultimately lead to manifestation.
When it comes to manifesting, we often talk about removing the need for our desires. Don’t need your relationship and it will appear. Don’t need a job but feel employed instead and you will be. Don’t need money and feel rich and then, you will be.
Many battle their negative thoughts by trying to ignore them or openly resisting them, creating even more of the same instead of eliminating them. These negative thoughts never manifest in their original form but effectively lower one’s vibration regardless, slowing down one’s manifestation process.
What if, instead of feeling the need to get rid of your negative thoughts, you stopped needing to get rid of them? What if you could be happy and manifest regardless of them? It is not the negative thoughts themselves but paying attention to them that creates resistance; if you removed the need to get rid of them, you would not be bothered by them.

Personally, I believe negative thoughts to be useful. I’ve said it before but I truly believe them to be a great indicator of one’s specific areas of resistance. Negative thoughts say something about you, not your desire – they are an indicator of the negative, limiting views you hold of yourself. An empty fear that your desire might go wrong does NOT mean it will but you will lower your vibration and create even more empty fear for yourself… And that fear will make you exhausted and mentally distant from your desired reality.
Removing your negative thoughts but not replacing them with the positive ones doesn’t mean you’ve stepped into your desired awareness. This is why you can reach your desired state of awareness just by focusing on what you want to live, your positive thoughts, which would soon push out all the negative ones out of your awareness.
Occasionally, negative thoughts arrive because minds crave drama. Many are simply used to it. They try to add excitement to their desires yet drama creates safety in them at the same time. One may even try to use that drama, that excitement, to add any kind of emotion to one’s desire hoping for faster manifestation which leads to frustration. Love and excitement are two separate feelings, the former often being very permanent and the latter usually fading after a while, at least in several different ways.
Stop feeling guilty for not being intensely excited about your desire 24/7. You do need other things in life besides it.
Dissecting every single emotion and negative thought we might have would take a long time so instead, look at the general themes of your negative thoughts. What specific fears do they indicate? They show how you feel about yourself. They show what you fear. However, instead of continuing to fear, accept that you are now creating something new – the happiest reality you’ve ever lived. Decide it will be so.
If you start to feel exhausted from all your negative thoughts, remember that you have decided to have your dream come true reality and therefore, you must receive it. Just think about your ideal reality and enjoy the happiness it brings you. Feel gratitude for your desire, believe it is yours and in just a few days, you will know that it belongs to you unconditionally.
Instead of focusing on your negative thoughts, you could only focus on what’s in your heart and manifest it.
You may think you have to improve before becoming worthy of your desires. The truth is you can attract anything you want to live in your present circumstances. However, it is certainly less than amusing to experience one’s mind wandering, coming up with ridiculous scenarios of the undesirable.
Once, I was accused of seeing someone else by a boyfriend I was close to breaking up with. Our relationship already overwrought, he’d come to this conclusion after not being able to account for my absence of several hours after which I’d returned home with messy hair, sweaty clothes and jumped in the shower immediately.
I wasn’t seeing anyone. I’d been on the move the entire day and spent three hours at a friend’s overheated apartment. Afterwards, I ran to see another friend, nearly missing the bus. My run from her apartment to the bus station in padded, heeled boots, simultaneously putting on a wool cap, entering the bus and departing only to enter another heated apartment effectively frizzed my naturally curly hair and caused me to sweat on the synthetic clothes underneath my winter coat.
Makes you think about the crazy scenarios one’s tense mind can be allowed to write.
When you permit these negative thoughts surrounding your desire to take over your awareness, you are doing so because you are aware of the lack of your manifestation – nothing else. Your fears connect completely separate aspects of your life into a single story, causing you to see conspiracy everywhere.
When thinking about everything that could go wrong with your desire, you are still focusing on the absence of it – after all, doesn’t your desire entail its presence in your life instead of everything going wrong with it?
Feel free to release those thoughts.
Are you afraid of the excitement your desire evokes at its thought? Embrace it!
You can think about your desire as much as it makes you happy but only as long as you think of it as something you’re thrilled to have in your life. If you think about all the things you want to do before receiving it, what you should do in order to finally have it or what you need to improve, you’re perpetuating the absence of it from your life. This is where mind energy and heart energy may collide or work together, depending on your awareness.
What happens when you feel too weak to shake off your negative thoughts?
There is a way to use this energy to your advantage.
I have recently read that fear and excitement have a very similar effect on the human body’s nervous system. This notion made perfect sense to me, as some of my strongly emotion-filled manifestation moments came out of fear. An excellent motivator when used instead of resisted, fear has allowed me to produce positive emotion towards any desire with a simple change of thought.
Imagine getting emotional over a negative thought, simply changing it into a thought of having your desire and allowing the accompanying emotional charge to suddenly feel electric instead of somber. Try it and let me know how it goes.
One of my greatest convictions in life is that every situation can be used to my advantage, yet another advantage leading to the achieving of my goal. Fear turned into excitement corresponds with that idea perfectly.
These Law of Attraction studies we do together exist for you to understand energy – not to put pressure on you to achieve the “perfect” way of thinking.
