Thought of the Day

Focusing on another person more than you focus on yourself is simply exhausting.

Worrying about their feelings more than you do your own is exhausting.

Prioritizing them over yourself is exhausting, as it inadvertently leads to putting yourself down.

Feeling more need for them than you do for your own happiness is the most exhausting thing of all.

Thought of the Day

I imagine myself abundant because it makes me feel good.

I see myself abundant in quality of life, luck, money, intelligence, beauty, charisma, finesse, respect, positive experiences, friendships and love. I see myself abundant by living in a world I appreciate simply because it makes me happy.

Seeing yourself abundant should make you feel great and then, Law of Attraction is going to work for you rapidly and magically.

Look back on every time you received something in life simply because you wanted it – didn’t it feel good and just easy? It did, because you liked the thought of having it. Now, use those same thoughts to imagine living your desires.

The Stages of Overcoming Annoyance

Getting rid of the feelings of anger, annoyance or irritation has been my personal battle against negative thoughts at times. It was either one of the following two – fearing boredom or feeling annoyed with people or circumstances completely unnecessary to my situation.

Once, my then boyfriend’s ex attempted to interfere with our relationship. I told him I would get end our relationship if he didn’t cut her off. He did. I have been harshly dismissing people who had attempted to involve themselves in any situation of my life ever since even though I am often aware that simply ignoring them is enough. And I can tell you that this irritation with them instead of pretending they don’t exist doesn’t make me feel good. Today, I have made a promise to myself that I will continue to act as if they don’t even exist – to me, this is positive thinking because it means removing myself away from negativity and the people generating it.

Lately, my weakness hasn’t been firing back at those that have tried to insert themselves into my life (you have to sometimes) but still being irritated with them long after I chased them away.  Read More

Thought of the Day

We are only afraid to let go of what we are afraid to receive.

Maybe we feel inadequate or undeserving.

Maybe we fear loss even before experiencing the gain.

Or maybe we are afraid of facing our own feelings.

Either way, if you fear it, you will learn from it. Let it happen – it can only result in growth.

Reminder of the Day

Any relationship can improve once you drop the negativity towards it for good.

For someone to feel good about you, you must feel good about them. You can decide to stop being angry at anyone and genuinely want to get along with them.

Thought of the Day

When I imagine myself living the life I want, not only do I imagine what I would love to happen but know that it is.

Not that it will – that it is. It already is.

Many steer clear from imagining their desired realities because it makes them too emotionally stirred up. They are afraid to feel. However, you shouldn’t be.

Remember a time when you got what you wanted in life – you felt it was yours and you just knew. Even when it made you nervous, you knew.

Don’t be afraid to feel – feelings produce rapid manifestations.
