When Energy Rearranges Fast…

Just like every time I manifest a life change, my current reality seemingly starts to fall apart; there’s beauty in that because that makes it easier to leave.

In order to manifest a new reality, you must be prepared to give up the current, even in a single aspect. If you want a relationship, you must be ready to give up being single, especially if it has become your comfort zone. If you want wealth, you must be ready to deal with having money from now on – taxes, an accountant and banking might be take up a little more of your time from now on. If you want a job, you must be ready to work and want to spend your days doing so. You must want to wake up and go to work.

I believe I have found the way of ignoring my current reality every time I want to manifest a new and better one. This is also a way of turning the negative into the positive.

I always say one must be happy in their current reality in order to manifest a better one. Our minds keep us away from what we believe is negative for us.

Therefore,

Every time I start to manifest a new reality, I am grateful that my current one is hectic in a very particular way because that means I’m leaving soon.

I have also manifested desired change when I felt perfectly happy and satisfied in my current reality. Both ways work because they both mean no resistance which allows letting go.

When my current reality isn’t enough, I seek happiness elsewhere. I visualize and soon manifest the current reality I truly desire. When focusing on my new reality, I find it OK to be in my current because current boredom makes it easy for me to see a happier one. We naturally gravitate toward happiness.

There are several desires I have been entertaining thoughts about and for the past few days, I have been increasingly happier about them. Yesterday, that happiness escalated, leaving me to feel super calm and loving about those desires while prompting my current reality to start to fall apart.

The following occurred yesterday and it shows exactly why living my life happens to be the most exciting thing that has ever happened to me. While we manifest our new realities, our personal energies rearrange and make room for the new by weeding out the old – sometimes, this turns into chaos. A chaotic rearrangement might confuse some, making them think that their life is falling apart but in truth, it is actually coming together to become what they want it to be.

My hairdresser called me at noon to come in at one. On the way out, I ran through a pavement cleaning project, muddying it slightly. Even though I hoped to make the bus to my destination because it practically leaves me at its door, I tried to do some banking beforehand, missed the bus and had to cab it. Somewhere on the way, a man slipped me his phone number which I forwarded into the paper recycling container in the street. My hairdresser had a scheduling conflict but having plenty of time, I backed out of my appointment and asked if I could have another attempt at the bank while she took care of business. No one else was at that bank so I was done in a minute but on the way back, one of my sandals completely fell apart in the middle of the street and I had to walk back to the salon completely barefoot. There was no supermarket nearby to even buy an emergency pair of flip flops in. My hairdresser gave me cleaning wipes and lent me a pair of shoes while my mother, whose appointment was booked later on, brought me another pair to wear home, as I had to throw out my entirely broken platforms which I’d owned for five years. I tend to love to wear my shoes until they break but this was the first time they ever broke on me. While I was in the hairdresser’s chair, drinking coffee and getting my hair done, I got a sudden case of violent cough. And I never get sick, not even when I’m tired. Everyone knows that! From the chair next to mine, I heard a sign of one of my current desires which I had even seen coming and immediately knew it was coming true. I like to think that a lesser woman would have been worried if her desires would still want her in this state but I refused to be rattled.

If you want to see the sexy pair of shoes I had to wear home, scroll down to my Instagram shots. The good part was that they were ridiculously comfortable. After getting my hair done, I had to pick something up at the mall with several passers-by staring at my shoes.

Paying zero attention to the current reality means being OK without my desire until it manifests. For me, letting go is all that comes with accepting the current reality.

For as long as my current reality is filled with good stories, I stop paying attention to “improving” it. I like a dynamic reality and eventful day-to-days. There is no comfort zone here.

The Ultimate Manifesting Style

For the past few days, I’ve been thinking about my personal manifesting styles.

There were times when I visualized my desired reality and let it go automatically; without even thinking about it, I just knew I would manifest and felt good about it. Some other days, I told myself to let go because I knew it would allow me to manifest immediately.

“It’s happening right now.” But, why?

Everything starts from the right attitude – knowing you posses the capability to manifest everything you want. What many don’t realize is that thinking about their dreams prompts them to move in the direction of their dreams. Nothing comes together without the right attitude and a relaxed state of mind, both of which trigger the Law of Attraction to work.

Believing that something is coming together for you is going to get you to the place you want to be. Regardless of what might be happening at this moment, your personal belief will allow the world around you to change. Miracles happen in mere moments and your belief can seem to not be working until the moment it does; however, this is completely normal and another reason why you should simply ignore the way things are and focus on the way you want them to be.

It all comes down to a single manifesting method, believing and letting go, the meta of LoA. Whether or not we tell ourselves to, putting positive feelings into the thoughts of living our desires will allow us to let them go in order to manifest. Love your desire and allow the two of you to cross paths. You can have what you want but simply must allow yourself to be happy now in order to attract your desire to you. You must be grateful for everything you already have in order to gain even more.

Have You Been Trying and Failing?

I have been thinking about possible ways of resolving resistance around the desires of those who have been trying to manifest something specific for a long time. These individuals have gone through stages of love, grief, happiness, frustration and anything else you could think of.

If you’ve been trying for a while and felt hopeless at times, I’d like to contribute the following methods because I know that the thought of feeling good about your specific desire might seem impossible at times.

I suggest you first take a few days, a week at most (even though I am sure four days will already make a difference), to get used to feeling like your desire is yours already with the help of these methods/techniques. You can practice them all continuously or in any kind of order you wish – do what makes you feel good. Some, you might only have to practice once (if not all). Even if it takes continuous work to achieve results, the faster you believe and decide to persist, the faster you will start to feel different. Just embrace your belief and insist on it within yourself, no matter what.

Today, you must decide to manifest what you desire and stick to it. You must believe that you can! If you believe, you will stick to that belief and be able to let go in order to manifest.

1. List (or simply admit) your worries.

If an attempted manifestation or simply the thought of your desire causes you any kind of upset, followed by a lack of detachment or a highly negative state of mind, figure out why. Since everything translates back to us and the way we feel about ourselves, think about what a specific fear you may have says about you.

You might worry about your specific person seeing someone else yet this is probably a disguised personal fear of not being enough to make your specific person happy, in addition to being aware of your desire remaining far away from you or impossible instead of being yours.

Should You Talk About Your Desire?

Several days ago, I was asked to give an opinion on the topic of verbally discussing a desire during its manifestation period.

Some like to discuss their desires while manifesting them and other don’t. Some are aware of LoA sources advising against talking about one’s desire during its manifestation period while other sources advise manifestation practitioners to discuss their desires in a bold manner.

Whenever I felt like talking about my desire of the moment, confident in its manifestation, I enjoyed this specific discourse. When it made me happy to stay quiet about my desire until the manifestation, confident in the said manifestation, I enjoyed keeping it to myself and sharing my manifestation once it was done. Much like any desire, they all manifested when I focused on what made me happy. 

There are no specific rules here – if you do what makes you happy, you will manifest fast due to a boost of your positive energy which allows you to let go.

Both approaches have their benefits. This is also why one must decide which of the two approaches makes them happy – talking about their desire or, not. Some people are private while others enjoy sharing their plans. Sometimes, the choice depends on the specific desire. Some feel more comfortable and therefore happier staying silent, confident that this is the way to manifest in peace (I have done this many times). Others enjoy sharing their grand plans with whomever they choose, their manifestation process filled with audience (I have done this many times).

Only do what makes you feel good. Every action you could possibly take is meant to make you feel good!

If you look back on your life, you will have noticed manifestations following either of the two approaches. Sometimes, talking about your manifestation helped you. Other times, you manifested without having even considered sharing your plans with anyone.

Don’t overthink it – see how you feel. The approach chosen will be a result of your preference, confidence, the nature of your desire and, your overall personality. See how you feel and if you choose to share your manifestation plans with anyone.

While talking about your manifestation could raise your vibration and make you feel like you have it, it is not required. If you want to try this, go for it! Share your desire with someone you trust and see how you feel afterwards.

Take the Responsibility and Raise Your Vibration!

When evaluating our negative thoughts, their origins and current form, we may be tempted to blame our pasts, parents, exes or misfortunes for all our limiting beliefs.

The truth is, everything one allows into one’s belief system creates their reality. One’s past, parents, exes or misfortunes were merely the vehicles offering specific beliefs which are one’s choice to accept or reject.

Taking responsibility for your limiting beliefs which attracted your experiences is a great way to raise your vibration. No matter what it takes, you may choose to hold onto the negative feelings or break free from them. If you genuinely want to and know that you can, you will emerge on the other side a more positive individual than you ever knew you could be.

Just to be clear, I am not saying you have asked for your specific negative experiences to manifest in your life. I am not saying you deserved them. I know that fear can be paralyzing and I don’t blame you for being unable to escape it at certain times in your life. I am merely saying that where you are today is the only thing that matters right now. From here, you can create any kind of life you want. If you genuinely want to be happy, you can and will achieve your bliss. If you genuinely desire to overcome your troubles, you can.

I’ve experienced breakups, unemployment, living in a place I hated profoundly and insecurities. Once admitting that I’ve attracted these things into my life with my temporarily negative attitude, I was already on my way to fixing them.

Once I admitted to myself that I felt guilty about not genuinely wanting to be with a boyfriend, having second thoughts, that I picked fights with him because I wanted out and made mistakes (having not loved him enough), I could make peace with a break-up and move on.

Once I became grateful for being unemployed, having all the time in the world to spend with my friends, family and dogs, go to the gym and travel for pleasure as much as I wanted to, I would find employment according to my exact specifications. During this time, I always knew that the job was mine already, already on its way to me. I just knew. That was all I needed.

Once I became determined to find the good aspects of living in a specific place which I practically hated, I got the opportunity to move. I decided to make friends, tutor students, learn to play drums and join a choir. I was also Suddenly, I got to miss school for a while and during this absence, I found out my family was to move away. I was beyond grateful.

Any and every insecurity I’d ever experienced ended when I decided it would – that was how much I wanted to be confident and happy. I knew who I wanted to be and filled this idea with pure passion. This is why having the clearest possible idea of what you truly desire is vital to your success – knowing what you want and how you want to feel can only be experienced without resistance once it resonates with your heart.

Does this sound familiar?

Taking responsibility for your past comes down to making peace with it and leaving it behind instead of bringing it back into your reality. It comes down to being unburdened by it or simply taking all of its positive aspects into your present – nothing else. The “taking responsibility” part comes down to one decision and much positive recognition to follow.

Do you feel that a negative experience from your past is preventing you from being yourself?

If a negative experience you once went through was simply too painful to attach gratitude to, finding only one positive outcome it had will already raise your vibration. Maybe your negative experience made you stronger. Maybe it raised your awareness of specific issues in the world and motivated you to help others. Ultimately, will you break free from the prison of this negative experience and claim your happiness? Because you deserve it.

If you think you can’t, consider the benefits your present situation of being stuck brings.

None. You already knew this. Now, imagine how amazing you would feel if you overcame your negative experience – don’t you think you deserve that much happiness?

Recognizing one positive outcome that came out of your negative experience is enough. It might even be enough for you to entirely make peace with the said experience.

Once you’ve made peace with your past and taken responsibility for your thoughts, fears and actions, you can put all the passion in the world into your desire.

That is how I often create.

Everything I received rapidly, I’d put endless passion into. If I couldn’t see the way something would happen, I would decide that a miracle would occur. I rely on my decisions, trust the Universe and in turn, I have experienced more miracles in life than I could almost believe. I intentionally manifested a move to another continent at age fourteen. Every relationship I’ve ever been in was manifested intentionally, with a specific or a generic person at a specific time. I received double the fees I had asked for my work. Leaving the creation part up to the Universe feels right to me, which is not to say that I never took any specific steps towards a specific desire.

When you know it’s yours, you know what to do.

However, you won’t believe it could be yours until you’ve rid yourself of limiting beliefs. Taking the responsibility for them will allow you to receive your desires. There is no reason to hold onto those limiting beliefs – you already know that, too.
