Is Worrying a Way of Keeping Yourself Busy?

Is Worrying a Way of Keeping Yourself Busy?

Often, when you want to attract something you desire more than anything else in life, you don’t feel like doing anything in your current reality anymore until it comes. However, when you only think about one thing, that one thing, you are bound to run out of positive thoughts at some point and switch to negative ones.

Positive beliefs stick but a variety of positive thoughts comes and goes throughout the day. In the moments they go, it is important to switch your thoughts to something else that makes you happy instead of continuing to think about your desired manifestation. This is how the mind works so when you try to force yourself to keep the positive thoughts going, the forcing makes you switch to negative thoughts soon enough. Forcing yourself is unnatural, tension-creating energy that will ultimately rattle your brainwaves and produce negative thoughts.

Thought of the Day

Whenever you find yourself noticing your desire missing from your life, remember that since you asked for it, you must receive it.

As soon as you remind yourself of it, you will believe it; you will know that what you want is yours already. Your belief will create.

Noticing your desire missing and worrying about it manifesting is attachment. Knowing your desired manifestation is a done deal is positive awareness.

Are You Putting Your Happiness Into the Hands of Your Desire?

Are You Putting Your Happiness Into the Hands of Your Desire?

Do you wish to attract a commodity, circumstance or a relationship you believe would change your entire life and bring you happiness almost magically? In your mind, is this particular desire the Holy Grail of your goals and personal fulfilment?

If that’s the case, you might find the impression of your desire being present or absent controlling your overall mood. The appearance of short-term manifestations or signs that make your ultimate desire feel real inevitably lift your spirits while negative signs or the feeling of loneliness can just as easily take over, giving you a sinking feeling. Even if you don’t want to feel the absence, you often end up feeling too weak to help yourself.

What is there to do?

Thought of the Day

If instead of your true heart’s desire you accept one deemed easier to manifest, it isn’t fair to anyone involved.

If you should accept any goal you consider easier to manifest than your true heart’s desire, this isn’t fair to you or anyone else.

What we want wants us back.

The Universe wants to give you what you want.

Your true heart’s desire wants you just as much as you want it.

Specific Wording and Manifesting Relationships – Use YOUR Words to Create Positive Manifestations!

Specific Wording and Manifesting Relationships – Use YOUR Words to Create Positive Manifestations!

Let’s talk about manifesting relationships because I have always found that the correct internal verbal expression of those relationships (which is different for every single individual) leads to positive thoughts and visualization which lead to belief.

Do you prefer to tell yourself that your desired relationship belongs to you already or internally state that it is going to manifest soon?

Which specific wording suits you better?

Some feel unnatural believing their relationships belong to them already but do feel good knowing that everything will come together soon. Others feel great about knowing that everything has already been worked out on an invisible level and just has to manifest in reality. Others genuinely feel good knowing that a relationship might manifest or that it might not, whatever feels best – there is a great deal of individuals out there who don’t practice LoA consciously when it comes to relationships because they feel it ruins the element of surprise.  Continue reading “Specific Wording and Manifesting Relationships – Use YOUR Words to Create Positive Manifestations!”

Manifestation Epidemic – What is Law of Attraction, Anyway?

Manifestation Epidemic – What is Law of Attraction, Anyway?

Law of Attraction is about you and everything you believe in. Law of Attraction responds to your feelings, beliefs, happiness and imagination, creating your life according to those aspects of you.

Everything you have in your life right now is what you believed was possible for you on some level. If you can see something in your mind, you can certainly manifest it.

However,

If you can see yourself happily living your desire in your mind, the feeling of living it will make its way through your awareness, removing all attachment and allowing you to let go and manifest naturally.

WHAT IS ATTACHMENT?

More than anything, attachment is connected with the need to manifest what you want as soon as possible, impatiently and while trying to prove to yourself that you can. If you are attached to your desire, you probably keep thinking that you want what you want now, not feeling like doing anything else until you manifest it.

At the same time, don’t those thoughts and the need to prove something to yourself mean that you don’t have your desire just yet? Your goal is to feel that you do!

This is why you can think of your desire all your want if those thoughts are loving visualizations of living your desire – when you’ve had enough, you will naturally let go and focus on something else, allowing your desire to manifest.

You’re supposed to be happy, love your desire and be grateful that it’s yours! You are supposed to feel what it’s like to live your life with your desire in it.

You are only supposed to imagine what you would love to happen while being grateful for being so happy.

Some wrongly focus on the “waiting” and “trying” to manifest their desire, feeling like this all the time. They remain stuck in this energy which makes them feel awful, like their desire is slipping away which creates even more attachment as a result.

If you feel downright lousy when thinking about your desire, you are not nurturing the thoughts you want to be thinking in order to manifest. You are not believing in yourself. You are probably focusing on the wrong aspect of your desire – waiting instead of having.

Right now, you feel that you’re missing it but as soon as you get used to having it in your mind, you will automatically let it go to manifest.

You will manifest what you believe is possible for you in life. Even if you thought that something was once possible but then gave up and moved on, you may have manifested it anyway because you had finally let go.

What does that tell you?

Attachment often feels like waiting for your desire to manifest instead of having it. Attachment comes from wanting to have everything right now.

Attachment is removed by believing you already have everything.

HOW DOES IT FEEL?

After putting a great deal of energy into living your desire, you will realize that living it actually is natural. If you can see it in your mind, it can become natural to you. Suddenly, you’ve experienced it and don’t need it anymore; soon, it manifests.

Even when accompanied by a great deal of excitement, seeing yourself living your desire can become natural to you. Excitement doesn’t have to last or, it can come and go, but true love for your desire runs deep.

True appreciation for your desire keeps it in your reality.

Manifestation Epidemic – Trying to Manifest while Attempting to Fix the Current Reality

Manifestation Epidemic – Trying to Manifest while Attempting to Fix the Current Reality

If the Law of Attraction confuses you at times, you probably find yourself bouncing from the thoughts of living your desire to the thoughts of not having it in your current reality just yet. This is one of the most common manifestation and LoA teaching problems; it is where attachment and the refusal to let go rule one’s awareness.

In short,

If you can’t take the focus off your current reality, your desired one isn’t making you happy enough…yet. You must make the visualizations and feelings of having your desire more vivid, creative and reflecting what you want instead of what you don’t or what you fear having to settle for.

If you pay equal attention to your positive and negative thoughts, you are stuck between the realities, so to speak. However, focusing on your desired reality is always the answer. The more you nurture positive feelings about your desired reality, the more your current one will fade.

Can you imagine what your life would look like if your entire visualization focus rested on having and living your desire already? It would be everything you see and it would lead to manifestation. You wouldn’t think twice about still living your current reality and you would start to enjoy it while knowing that your desired reality is coming.

When manifesting anything you can imagine, I consider it a done deal. All my happiness goes into the thoughts of living my desire which takes the focus off my current reality, allowing me to live it and stop paying attention to the insignificant details in it. As I enjoy these visualizations, my awareness soaks up the feeling of having what I want. With my desire in my life, I imagine it to be inspiring, positively challenging and full of enjoyment.

When you make your desired reality that happy, the current becomes something you don’t even think about. You don’t mind it and might start to enjoy it as a result. In addition, this approach is pure self love due to the giving of love to yourself and having your desire.

If you can’t take the focus off your current reality, you will as soon as you make your desired one more engaging in your mind. Then, you will also let go to manifest.

At the same time, impatience and a lack of self love prevent many from entirely letting go of the current reality and putting their faith into the desired; instead, many look for short-term solutions and “steps” to manifest their desire slowly, wanting to feel happy now without having to take the time to locate their limiting beliefs and personal manifesting blocks.

Some refuse to let go due to the fear of actually manifesting their desire, feeling undeserving of that manifestation and fearing its eventual loss instead of praising its gain and presence. If this is you, repeating the affirmation “I am good enough” whenever you feel the need is going to work for you.

The Revision of Focus

The Revision of Focus

The title of this post might confuse you at first but think about it – how clear is the meaning of focusing on your desire when it comes to LoA? How often do you get confused with the idea of having to keep focus on having your desire without actually realizing what it means?

This is your ultimate guide to the meaning of focus and how to keep it on having your desire.

Keeping focus on having your desire equals knowing that it’s yours and thinking and behaving accordingly. If you think about it often, you think about it being yours. If you put it out of your mind, you affirm that it is yours every time you think of it and then put it out of your mind again.

You can think about your desire all you want, as long as those thoughts are of having your desire instead of missing it.

Keeping focus allows you to let go. Letting go means knowing that everything you want is yours and never worrying about its manifestation.

Looking for an easy way to stay focused?

Write it down!

Writing in order to keep focus on your goal is what I suggest. Writing down for focus is great because it allows you to hold onto the thoughts of having your desire. Same with affirmations – they reaffirm the idea of you having your desire.

You can choose between writing or repeating affirmations; if it makes you happy, use both (only if it makes you happy because happiness changes your awareness fast). Writing a story about living your desire and reading it over and over or repeating affirmations of living your desire will alter your awareness to match the life you want to live.

See how it works?

If I truly want to manifest any desire, it is important enough to me to know that it is mine and that is the only option I will accept. I will visualize what it’s like to live my desire and be grateful for it.

If and when any negative thoughts come up, we must be honest with ourselves in order to resolve them – if we intend to manifest our desires, we will remove those thoughts or accept them as meaningless attempts of distraction. We will decide that we are brave enough to discover what it will be like to live our desires by loving them for what they are. These reactions will prove that we are focused on living our desires by resolving any and all self-imposed obstacles.

This is all you need to know because that is all there is. Keep it simple, without distractions and you’ll succeed.

Do You Suffer from Desired Perfection?

Do You Suffer from Desired Perfection?

The reason I have asked many of you if you truly wanted to manifest your desires was because I sometimes take time deciding whether I want something (or someone). At times, I like to leave it and think about it whenever the thought comes to me until I feel that this is what I want, 100%. Once I know that I want something or someone, it all flows easily (even before that, as I am aware that what I ask for is what happens).

These instances are rare but they happen occasionally. Even when knowing what you want most of the time, something like this may still come along occasionally.

However, this is a personal choice. If I ask, “Are you sure you want this enough?” and you say you do, I take it. We all operate from different sets of beliefs and personal reasons.

It is tempting to make your desire feel like a big deal. Thinking that you are manifesting something big is exciting but for some, it also serves as a fear-inducing block. In these cases, one’s desire can be seen as a life saver or a fresh start. It can be seen as a life goal accomplished. Even if you want to see it this way, your desire must feel natural to you. You must feel right having it in your life, an idea that often includes positive feelings and a sense of peace, even around the most exciting of desires.

The other night, one of my closest friends told me I had the skill to let go and live as if (paraphrased). We all know that anyone can develop this skill. Truth is, it isn’t that difficult to imagine having your desire in your life. The pressure to get it perfect kills it more than anything.

This friend of mine has already displayed the skill of living as if, starting small and expanding their belief.

When strongly attached to your desire, you may feel that you want to manifest it flawlessly, perfectly. You want to complete every manifestation step perfectly, ensuring you will receive your desire. However, all you need to do is believe while leaving the need for perfection behind you. The need for perfection induces personal pressure and most importantly, it is unnecessary.

If everything you really need to do in order to manifest is ask, believe and receive, you already know there is no need for perfection with such simple steps. It’s not about perfection – it’s about happiness and simplicity.

It’s about self-confidence.

It’s about trust in the Universe.
