Can You Let Go to Manifest?

I’m excited to give you my first video post and tell you about something that I am working on!

Now, what is letting go? We hear about it a lot in manifesting but the way it’s explained usually gives us anxiety instead of confidence.

I hope this video will change that. I am also working on a new coaching program specifically aimed at letting go. This program will cover everything you need to stop listening to inner doubts and manifest successfully!

I manifest easily because to me, there are no big and small things.

There is only what I want.

If I want anything, I just imagine what I want my life with it to look like. The entire time, I know that this is possible to manifest.

I believe everyone knows on some level that Law of Attraction is simple yet they stand in their own way. Every individual who says “It’s not working for me” gives it away – the me part shows they have already put up their own barriers.

I believe LoA is a concept that people understand because it is natural to all of us. I believe everyone knows that anything is possible, at least on some level, but that the negative things in life are much easier to attract than the positive. This type of attitude often comes from low self esteem, past disappointments and not enough self love, which is what we always come back to.

Self love is essential to seeing yourself manifest, not distinguishing between the big and the small things and simply believing that your life is there to be shaped by you and not the other way around.

Do you truly believe that you have no say in your own life? You do!

Many fear the unwanted happening to them instead of focusing on their own power to shape their lives. This is a problem because it leads to passively living an unwanted life instead of actively creating the desired. And when someone believes their desire to be more than they deserve to receive, they are idealizing that desire and depriving themselves of much deserved self love.

If you want LoA to feel natural to you, you must allow yourself to relax and believe.

Manifestation Epidemic – Not Believing in Yourself

It truly is as simple as I’ve just written it.

One of the biggest manifestation problems is a lack of confidence in one’s inner power. All of us are capable of attracting anything we want yet we attract what we believe we can have even if that belief lasts only a few seconds per thought.

The trick is to believe in one’s ability to manifest one’s true desires.

If you could have anything, absolutely anything, in your life today, what would it be?

Now, believe that you can have this. Believe it’s yours already and is coming together right now. Believe that it’s about to manifest – any day now!

Many simply refuse to nurture this way of thinking. Instead, they think about which LoA technique to use in order to manifest their desired reality. They worry about the goings on in their current reality (or a lack thereof). All these thoughts simply reinforce the uncertainty in one’s ability to manifest one’s desires.

If you are unsure that you’re “doing it right,” you are noticing your desire missing from your life and seem to be unsure that you can manifest it.

If you’re worried that you might manifest the undesired instead, that is just another way of saying you don’t believe in your ability to manifest your desires.

Why do you do this to yourself? More importantly, why don’t you believe in yourself?

See yourself having what you want! Trust that it’s yours and you will never again doubt your abilities. However, you must believe before seeing and know that it’s yours already. You can only manifest what you believe you can have.

Every time the thoughts of your current reality come to you, switch them to the thoughts of having and being grateful for living the life of your dreams!

Silence the Thoughts of Missing Your Desire and End the Waiting Period!

The question of how long it takes for a specific desire to manifest is something I have been asked a lot recently.

Some wondered,

Why do certain desires take time? Do some desires necessarily need to take long to manifest? Why do some take long and others don’t? What can be done to speed up the manifestation process?

I say, it all comes down to the following questions.

Why do you care when some of your desires manifest but not others? Why are you attached to some of your desires but not others? Why do you perceive some of your desires as easy to manifest and normal to have in your life but not others?

Do you know that by letting go, you can manifest immediately?

However, letting go is connected to the feeling of living your desire already instead of missing it.

The answers to all those questions might give you more of a manifesting relief than you currently imagine. If you have negative thoughts, they might not even be present for the reasons you think but if you ask yourself why, you could uncover the real reasons for them.

On the other hand, there are other ways of cutting down on your manifestation waiting period, especially after you begin to understand the reasons why some desires take long to manifest.

You perceive your desires to be missing from your life.

If you feel that you’ve been waiting long, abandon that awareness immediately! If you notice that your desire is taking forever, you’re running the risk of your manifestation taking even longer if you indulge in the feelings of emptiness. What you focus on persists and if you are focused on having waited a long time and gotten nowhere, you are noticing the wait and prolonging the missing.

This is where visualization and imagining that you have your desire already works and changes your awareness, taking away your feelings of need and filing your life with happiness and a sense of security. Happily imagining that you have your desire in your life already and visualizing as well as knowing that your desire is going to manifest cut down on your waiting period and allow you to manifest even faster than you expect.

You are trying to control the process.

Many tend to focus on the process instead of the end result (or, focus on the current reality).

The “how” part is not up to you or me – it is up to the Universe but if you allow it, it will manifest your desires in an even more magical way than you expect. The Universe wants to give you what you want immediately and you can allow that to happen by nurturing happy thoughts of your desired end result.

The wait will only exist if you focus on it. Don’t! Focus on having your desire instead and be grateful for it. Know that it’s coming or imagine that you have it already. There are so many ways of being happy and feeling good so pick one!

Nothing has to take long but the sooner you stop noticing your desire missing from your life, the sooner you will manifest.

Why the wait?

You perceive the wait because you are dissatisfied with your current reality sans manifestation. However, once you become truly happy with your current reality, with everything you have simply because you appreciate it, you will see yourself living your desired reality. Even if this doesn’t make any sense to you, it is what it is – happy people see themselves having what they want while the unhappy ones don’t believe that things could improve.

You will stop waiting when you embrace the “having.” Your desire belongs to you already – accept it.

Affirmation of the Day

Create an affirmation for right now.

Many find themselves dissatisfied with where they are but you must be happy in order to get even happier. This affirmation can get you there if you allow it. You could remove all resistance.

My affirmation for right now is,

I get what I want, when I want it.

This affirmation is going to make you happy in the present moment by knowing that your desired future is coming. Suddenly, you will know it’s yours which will make you see just how much you already have by knowing that even more is coming.

How Happy is Your Social Life?

Does your social life make you happy and help your manifestations?

A social life is an important part of happiness. Our friends are the people we love to share a great deal of life with – they support us, comfort us when we need it and challenge us when necessary. They love us and we love them. The people we work with, our family members we are close with and the people we date can all be a part of our social lives.

Some like an active social life and others prefer a calmer one. Some like to engage in calming activities with their friends, others like to engage in long conversations and often while some others enjoy living various adventures with their friends on a regular basis. Some like to surround themselves with many new people while others prefer spending time with their closest friends. There are many possible scenarios out there and they work for different people.

I like an active social life. I love my friends who live all around the world and I love traveling to see them only to spend time together and create new memories. In its essence, that is what we’re doing – no matter what it is we do, we will have created new memories if we make sure to have fun. My friends vary in age, nationality, occupation and residence but the one thing they all have in common is an open, heart-driven personality. This core character trait matches their different personalities in various ways, making them exactly who they are.

Who are the individuals you choose to spend your time with?

Just like with relationships, you will easily attract the friendships you feel comfortable having, want to have, believe you CAN have and feel good enough to have. You get what you believe you deserve so think the best of yourself!

Did you know…

When it comes to your manifestations, friends can help you let go. Think about this – who would you turn to for distraction and a reboot of gratitude after they remind you how amazing your life is already?

Rely on your friends. Let them remind you of everything you have. Share experiences, have fun and laugh together. Appreciate each other.

Surround yourself with people you genuinely like, those who make you feel great, and you can’t go wrong. Whether your social life consists of a few close friends or many people you enjoy spending time with, be happy and laugh with them. You will be in the moment completely and won’t feel the need for anything else.

Happiness in the moment brings future happiness just waiting to be experienced.

Gratitude for All Things – How to Start Appreciating Everything You Have

Gratitude for everything you have in your life will allow you to manifest everything you want because loving where you are removes the need to “better” your life by looking for external solutions for increasing your happiness (instead of simply looking within).

I have a very simple technique you can use to increase your manifesting power, self-confidence and your overall happiness:

Look for the fun part of everything you do.

If you have to be somewhere you don’t want to go, think of a single reason why you would be interested in being there. Any reason! I used this in college and grad school in order to ease my studying – having to take certain classes I didn’t care for much, I devised an easy way of taking notes allowing me to put in very little time in order to receive satisfactory grades. Knowing I could get through the classes I found boring made me feel good. I also manifested open book exams in those classes several times. Not only was I getting the grades I was fine with but my fellow students borrowed my notes.

Some people hate early mornings. Unless they are willing to manifest a change because they believe that early mornings simply must continue to happen, these people could focus on the benefits of early mornings instead of thinking about the drawbacks. Alternatively, they could add a morning routine to their schedule which would make them excited to wake up.

Suggestions? Expressing gratitude as soon as they wake up which would automatically put them in a great mood. Of course, the routine itself can be anything at all, as long as it makes them happy.

You might want to manifest a home, wealth, friendships or a relationship you are unhappy to be missing right now. In this case, focus on the things you are happy to have time for now, before you manifest and your life changes. These might be the things you usually enjoy on your own, things you can enjoy now but won’t in the future or the things your current lifestyle allows and you love but might be a little difficult to make happen after your life changes and you manifest. Not only will your enjoyment for what you have remove the need to manifest a change (the exact energy that will allow you to manifest) but your positive energy will also attract every desire you may have into your life.

Whenever on my way to manifesting a new desire, enjoying the present circumstances always tells me my current reality is changing rapidly; one simply goes hand in hand with the other.

The Asking/Manifesting Sensations

After deciding to manifest any specific desire you may have, do you feel a rush of excitement? Do you feel happiness, tingles and thrill all at the same time?

I do. Alternatively, I experience an outbreak of loving feelings, ease and calm. This particular sensation makes letting go in order to manifest easier than any other; when it happens, having to tell myself to let go in order to manifest is unnecessary.

Last week, I manifested one of my closest friends booking her tickets to visit me less than an hour after I expressed gratitude for her coming to visit and just believed. In this case, I felt the excitement. I didn’t know how or when she was going to tell me that she was coming to see me but I was excited while expressing gratitude and then, I just relaxed. Having repeated my gratitude affirmation three or four times, I told myself to let it go because I had asked and therefore had to receive. While repeating the affirmations, I quickly visualized picking her up from the airport and having her stay at my apartment. Before I knew it, she was informing me about booking her flights.

When manifesting love or other relationships, I often felt that very love combined with ease and calm. When wanting a specific person in your life, you probably want them because they make you happy and you wish to make them happier than they have ever been. This honest sensation can make you visualize strongly enough to experience how it feels to be with that person before you manifest. The loving feelings you feel for another allow you to see the two of you together for every good reason connecting back to the only relevant one – you love them and you want them.

No matter how you feel, be grateful for having manifested, as if you have already. Be grateful for your exciting life, reaching your goals, your dream career, your amazing love.

If You Love You, Do So Unconditionally!

This is one of the most important posts I have ever written.

I often stress the importance of directing feelings of love and appreciation towards oneself regardless of one’s current life circumstances, physical appearance, social or financial status. Some may think they need specific external validation in order to achieve their desired self-confidence, a notion entirely untrue.

Six years ago, I manifested weight loss of about 20 lbs. I thought it would make me as confident as I always wanted to be. However, I felt exactly the same and was shocked over that very fact. My awareness and with it, my self-confidence, never changed until I faced my limiting beliefs.

Every time I manifested a relationship I desired, I felt the same after I’d received it. I wasn’t permanently happier – I was only more excited. After the excitement wore off, I was the same person. Each time, I was expecting that the relationship would bring out an even better side of me, forgetting that I and I alone had the capability of doing so. My absolute best always rested in me, not in my relationship.

I’m only thirty years old and back then, I was in my mid twenties. I hadn’t learned everything I needed to just yet.

If you think your life circumstances, current job, physical appearance or financial status stand in the way of being the person you desire to be, this is the person you never were. An amazing person is amazing regardless of what is happening around them. Energy movement ensures that once you are capable of being the person you desire to be, you will manifest all your desires. You have to believe before receiving – the essence of LoA.

Directing feelings of love and happiness towards oneself expands one’s self-confidence, which is an essential element of effortless manifestation.

If you love who you are, never criticize yourself for your negative thoughts. Learn to love your appearance just as it is, knowing that you can change it whenever you want. If you hate your job, do you want to be the person who embraces the misery or one who changed their circumstances? Once you opt for the latter, use LoA. Decide that your dream job is yours now and never abandon that resolve. Every time you encounter a negative thought, simply replace it with a positive one.

You might think you would approach the person you love if you were more attractive or wealthier. You might think that these external attributes would offer you a needed confidence kick but in reality, they would only distract you from dealing with your deep-seeded issues.

And, you know it.

Being the person you desire to be requires strong resolve. 


When you feel like you’re drowning in your negative thoughts, say to yourself,

“My dream life is mine right now. Thank you.”

Your happiness and focus will change effortlessly. LoA is a way of living and your awareness will change as a result of evoking happiness within.


When you encounter an undesirable thought, say to yourself,

“I forgive myself for those thoughts. I am manifesting my dream life right now. My desires are a done deal.”

As soon as you say it, you will feel warmth around your heart. Your happiness will change your awareness and you will let your desire go effortlessly, allowing it to manifest.

Be happy forgiving yourself for your negative thoughts and be happy that your dream life belongs to you. Feeling this much happiness excludes all resistance, allowing you to allow your desires to come to you in the most natural flow imaginable. 


If you encounter an undesirable circumstance, say to yourself,

“I am grateful because there is an even better way for my desire to manifest than this would have been.”

Believe it and then, let it go.


The essence of your life lies in your love for the person you are. You are capable of effortlessly being everything you desire to be. Directing love towards yourself when you feel your best, your worst, your happiest, your most hopeless is going to take you there.
