Don’t Lose It Before You Attract It!

Do you fear losing what you have or worse, losing your desired manifestation before you attract it?

Fear of loss (or, fear of failure, if you prefer) usually happens after experiencing an unexpected loss in life – loss of a job, a relationship or one’s happiness or confidence at the least expected moment. The moment one finds oneself blindsided by something they thought would never happen to them, usually a break-up or something of similar magnitude – big enough to cause confidence issues but not so big that the damage is irreversible – fear of loss is created, causing insecurity and self-doubt. And when it comes to manifesting one’s desires, fear of loss works even before one manifests their desire, keeping it at arm’s length.

One’s desired manifestation is closer than they think but the fear of loss keeps it from manifesting in the first place.

I don’t want to say that you can’t lose what you never had in the first place because you can have anything you want if you believe it; however, I will say that the desire to have specific things in life always comes with fear if it stems from need.

Your Awareness Comes First and Your Thoughts Second – A Guide to Uncovering Your Happy Self

Do you have a problem feeling good about yourself no matter what you have or, don’t?

Is this you?

  • When you think thoughts of having your desire, you always end up back in the same old negative place after a little while.
  • Your fears keep coming back even when the current reality starts to turn into everything you have asked for.
  • You always assume that things will go wrong at some point.
  • No matter what you do or how much you manifest, you just don’t feel “right.”

There is a difference between feeling good about having your desire and feeling good about yourself.

If you don’t feel good about you, you run the risk of manifesting your desire but not keeping it in your life. Feeling poorly about yourself can prevent you from seeing yourself living your desire permanently, even if you can see yourself receiving it initially.

Let’s face it – self work is the part many attempt to skip, pushing themselves to believe their desire belongs to them instead of repeating affirmations about themselves in addition to their desire.

And why is that part important?

You are supposed to feel good about both yourself and your desire. If you don’t feel good about yourself without your desire, you won’t even after it manifests. This is the biggest reason your desire cannot fix your life or your awareness – only you can do that!

Many also attempt to skip over the self-work part due to the impatience to manifest their desire as soon as possible. However, they continue to feel poorly, blaming the lack of their desire for this state of mind when in reality, the state of mind itself is the problem.

Your decisions about your life come first. Your awareness comes first and your thoughts second. This is why you can face your negative thoughts and say, “No! I asked for what I want and that is what I must receive.”

You must start to rely on your conscious decisions and insist on them instead of your uninvited negative thoughts. This is the reason why you can say, “I asked for my desire and that is what I must receive.”

You can ignore those negative thoughts because only you consciously decide who you are and how you live your life. You decide what makes you happy. By ignoring these thoughts and saying yes to your conscious decisions and nothing else (or, less), you are respecting yourself. You are only accepting what you want.

What to do…?

After coming to realize that your awareness and conscious decisions come first and your thoughts second, you are to focus on every bit of positivity you feel about yourself. You are to tell yourself why you deserve your desire.

Then, you are to start to finally be happy without your desire. When you have a problem being happy, you are advised to examine why instead of think about your desire.

Are you trying to tell yourself that you want something but ignoring your true nature and needs in reality? You need to face those first.

If you know that there is a part of you which is unhappy no matter what, ask yourself why. Ask yourself what it is you honestly want.

If you want something that you don’t want to want, admit that you want it any way. At least in part, admit to yourself that you might want other things than your desire, even only occasionally. After facing those thoughts, you will get to know yourself and you might just change your mind, realizing your desire is enough after all.

Never chase the idea of living a specific life but think about the kind of life that makes you truly happy. If you want to manifest something just for show or just to prove your power to yourself, it’s not worth it. To manifest, you must feel good and if you are simply trying to fulfil your needs, you are not feeling good.

It is time to focus on living your life instead.

What is it that makes you happy? Do it. Put yourself first, not your desire. Putting yourself first equals feeling good so if you must resolve your lack of happiness with yourself and admit to yourself why it is there, do it.

Be important enough to yourself to do whatever it takes to make yourself feel better, even when it takes profound self honesty. Face yourself and remember that no matter what you find, you are worthy of love and can start to give it.

Silence the Thoughts of Missing Your Desire and End the Waiting Period!

The question of how long it takes for a specific desire to manifest is something I have been asked a lot recently.

Some wondered,

Why do certain desires take time? Do some desires necessarily need to take long to manifest? Why do some take long and others don’t? What can be done to speed up the manifestation process?

I say, it all comes down to the following questions.

Why do you care when some of your desires manifest but not others? Why are you attached to some of your desires but not others? Why do you perceive some of your desires as easy to manifest and normal to have in your life but not others?

Do you know that by letting go, you can manifest immediately?

However, letting go is connected to the feeling of living your desire already instead of missing it.

The answers to all those questions might give you more of a manifesting relief than you currently imagine. If you have negative thoughts, they might not even be present for the reasons you think but if you ask yourself why, you could uncover the real reasons for them.

On the other hand, there are other ways of cutting down on your manifestation waiting period, especially after you begin to understand the reasons why some desires take long to manifest.

You perceive your desires to be missing from your life.

If you feel that you’ve been waiting long, abandon that awareness immediately! If you notice that your desire is taking forever, you’re running the risk of your manifestation taking even longer if you indulge in the feelings of emptiness. What you focus on persists and if you are focused on having waited a long time and gotten nowhere, you are noticing the wait and prolonging the missing.

This is where visualization and imagining that you have your desire already works and changes your awareness, taking away your feelings of need and filing your life with happiness and a sense of security. Happily imagining that you have your desire in your life already and visualizing as well as knowing that your desire is going to manifest cut down on your waiting period and allow you to manifest even faster than you expect.

You are trying to control the process.

Many tend to focus on the process instead of the end result (or, focus on the current reality).

The “how” part is not up to you or me – it is up to the Universe but if you allow it, it will manifest your desires in an even more magical way than you expect. The Universe wants to give you what you want immediately and you can allow that to happen by nurturing happy thoughts of your desired end result.

The wait will only exist if you focus on it. Don’t! Focus on having your desire instead and be grateful for it. Know that it’s coming or imagine that you have it already. There are so many ways of being happy and feeling good so pick one!

Nothing has to take long but the sooner you stop noticing your desire missing from your life, the sooner you will manifest.

Why the wait?

You perceive the wait because you are dissatisfied with your current reality sans manifestation. However, once you become truly happy with your current reality, with everything you have simply because you appreciate it, you will see yourself living your desired reality. Even if this doesn’t make any sense to you, it is what it is – happy people see themselves having what they want while the unhappy ones don’t believe that things could improve.

You will stop waiting when you embrace the “having.” Your desire belongs to you already – accept it.

A “Big Deal” Manifestation – Has it Ever Happened to You?

This often happens with relationships but can also be experienced with any desire one considers to be a gigantic life change or the answer to all their problems, the ultimate escape from their current reality.

Some simply see their desire as a big deal that would make them happy beyond their wildest dreams and change their life forever. Even though positive in its core, this particular way of looking at your desire can cause resistance in you instead of allowing for a smooth manifestation process.

If you think your desired manifestation will be the answer to all your problems or somehow add value to your person and life, remember that you are the one who has to provide their own life with value. Someone can be an addition to you but you must hold your own value. You could have more money, your dream career or a bigger home but you still must provide value to your own life.

See what I mean?

You might think that you will be validated when your specific person asks you to marry them or when you get that perfect job. However, you must validate yourself now. You are the only person who has to recognize your own value before anyone else does. If you know your value, you will know your power. You will know what you deserve and that is everything you want.

If you want your desired manifestation to make you valuable, think about it again. If you don’t feel valuable, why should your desired manifestation happen in the first place?

When we feel poorly about ourselves, nothing happens but when we feel good, we make everything happen for ourselves with our thoughts and feelings.

When you feel valuable, you are happy to contribute to the world, your relationships and choose the life you want simply because you deserve it. When you realize you are valuable and beautiful, your desired manifestation seems like the natural next step for you instead of some goal that will forever be out of reach.

Don’t be afraid to feel and think well of yourself – you deserve it.

 

Where Does Intuition Come In?

Lately, I received many questions about intuition (and after recognizing this pattern, even more questions by default – LoA, right?) so I decided to think about how and when I recognize it in my own life or observe it in the lives of others.

Those who talk about and attempt to recognize intuition do so to find answers or the right path to their desired manifestation; these individuals want to know they’re doing well and make the right moves towards manifesting their desire.

When a reader suggested I write this post, I started to think about what intuition meant and which exact parts of it I focus on. I hadn’t written a post dealing with intuition exclusively in over a year. Intuition exists and tells us many things but what have I been listening to? How do I respond to intuition?

The Difference of Thoughts

You must distinguish intuition from your negative thoughts and resistance – this, I believe, is key.

However,

Some attempt to connect to their intuition in the moments of impatience which is when connecting to one’s intuition is difficult as impatience is an unnatural and an uncomfortable state of mind. In this state, even more resistance is created.

The rush to find the answers leads to an even bigger need to rush, as rush in itself is the need to escape the present and move into the future but in order to manifest, you must believe your desire belongs to you already. If you do, there is no rushing it because it’s already here, right?

My intuition is most useful to me when letting me know whether a specific desire could truly make me happy. This is when I rely on it the most. When my intuition indicates that I know I want something, it’s mine. There’s no question about it.

If you put your intuition to work in this way, you would benefit from it greatly.

I rarely ever think about how any desire might manifest because I truly don’t care. No one should. If my intuition is meant to tell me that in any way, it tells me in moments.

Knowing you are powerful and that your desire is going to manifest in the most amazing way is enough. This idea is always reflected in our thought patterns.

It makes me feel good to know that my desire belongs to me already. I should have it because I use it to create even more happiness in the world and for everyone involved. Then, my intuition might tell me how my desire might manifest, what to do and what not to do but I will receive those answers in moments of relaxation and gratitude.

The opposite of intuition is some sort of fear. If you know that your desire is one thing but you trying to manifest it in a specific way is another entirely, pushing for that “way” of bringing it to life is making you feel rotten. That is how you distinguish between those two things – how is a specific thought making you feel?

Being relaxed and comfortable with yourself leads to being relaxed and comfortable with your desire and in that state, you will connect to your intuition greatly. You will stop trying to rush yourself and stop feeling bad about yourself, both of which block connecting with your intuition.

I believe many experience frustration with their intuition due to the failure to connect with it. They want the answers but cannot find them, feeling empty and in need of guidance. However, impatience must first be removed for intuition to be free to speak.

Don’t obsess about the details around your desire or your intuition speaking to you and when – life is easier when you have fewer details to worry about.

To recap,

  1. Your intuition will speak to you after you relax! Only after relaxing when it comes to thinking about your desire will your intuition guide you. A tense body and mind won’t lead you to answer but to even more resistance instead. Relaxing is key, especially when thinking about living your specific desire.
  2. Your intuition will tell you when and what to do if you let it. Sometimes, your intuition will just tell you that your desire belongs to you and that’ll be enough. Even if you know what to do and what not to do at any given moment, stay open to all options – your intuition will inform you if the path to your manifestation is about to be cut short at any moment by taking action different than what you had expected (or, it may tell you to just stay relaxed). You may feel the nudge to do an inexplicable thing in a moment which will lead to your desire or the next step towards it. Even if your desire will unfold before you without you having to make any palpable moves, stay open and stay confident.
  3. You know why you want to take specific action. Just look at the reasons for wanting to take specific action – is it because you feel that you have your desire already or because you feel that you don’t and want to bring it to life as soon as possible? One comes from intuition and the other from fear. Avoid any fear-driven action because that is not your intuition speaking! That is you trying to convince yourself that if you only made this one move, you could manifest your desire; however, that very need comes from the awareness of not having your desire already.
  4. Your intuition is most valuable to you and you are the one living your desires. Intuition is yet another reason why your desires and LoA are about you and not what you’re trying to manifest. Your intuition exists to speak to you about what would make you happy.

Do You Admire YOU?

At various times, I mentioned being the person you admire. This concept entails self love, confidence, appreciation and possessing specific character traits you admire. For others, this concept means being perfectly satisfied with yourself, considering yourself perfectly fine, if not great, just the way you are already. Some want to improve upon their self image and others like their own already.

Those who want to improve upon their self image are advised to take actions that reflect being the person they wish to be. If you want to be more outgoing, think about the way you want to approach people and what you would want them to see in you. If you want to be more emotionally open, decide that you are courageous enough to engage in any emotion-filled conversation or that you are ready to start showing those you love how much they mean to you.

You get the idea.

And, you can use LoA to get there.

One of my friends wanted to relax around other people. This person was often concerned whether or not others were quick to judge and was afraid of looking silly; with that, my friend worried that everyone else was more interesting, attractive, intelligent and fascinating.

In truth, one is advised to take qualities they admire and apply them to oneself. Think about it – what is it that makes you interesting, fascinating, attractive… Which specific traits do you like about yourself and how could you develop those you want to add to the list?

Another friend of mine made a point of communicating with every person they were attracted to. This amounted to a quick exchange in some cases and a date in others but my friend eventually relaxed around their persons of interest greatly, especially after realizing the problem was self-imposed in the first place.

Whatever you struggle with, never feel like you are less important or interesting than others. Everyone has struggled with something at some point and your personal struggles are not embarrassing. All of us excel at different things but deciding what you wish to excel at when it comes to your personality will take you to your desired awareness.

Dealing with Discouragement in Your Manifestation Process

Have you ever gotten discouraged shortly (or, at any point) into your manifestation process, fearing that your desire might never feel real to you?

Trying too hard to feel your desire belonging to you already is the very thing preventing you from manifesting. If you have experienced this, your awareness is that of trying instead of happy for having your desire already.

In order to manifest, you are supposed to imagine having your desire already. Imagine what you do and how you act with it in your life. Why do you love it?

I’m happy just imagining that I have what I want. That happiness is powerful enough to cause me to believe and let go. Try to just imagine that you have it now – what would you be doing?

Your current mood has everything to do with your awareness. Whenever you feel like an unsuccessful manifestation practitioner (and hopefully you never again will), refer to this blog post and remind yourself of your worth.

Stay strong and focused!

Unless you choose your own life, another life will choose you. Stick to your goal and nothing less – affirm that you already are what you want to be! If you don’t feel that you are, could be or feel uneasy about believing, think about whether or not you truly want your desire.

Are you afraid of how others will react to you once your desire manifests? Do you fear negative comments?

If you truly want your desire, feel good about having it in your life and only care about your own opinion from now on; anything else is moot. Fearing negative comments is something that many experience but the only thing you need to consider is whether or not you want to be crippled by the intruding and limiting opinions of others.

You most likely don’t think much of those who try to criticize your choices already because by default, the critical ones are the most insecure ones. So why care about their opinions?

Something magical happens when you only focus on your own opinion – you feel good about having what you want and simply stop hearing anyone else’s disagreeing tone.

After you just imagine having what you want, your focus will be effortless.

Are you postponing your manifestation?

Do you fear being stuck once you manifest, effectively postponing the manifestation with your thoughts?

Or, do you think that you have to become someone deserving of your desire before receiving it?

Guess what – you already are as deserving as you feel you need to be. Just be a good person, do good and you will feel good. Then, you will manifest.

Do you see how these ideas fit into your manifestation process?

Once again, just imagine that you have your desire now. Picture a situation in which you are doing something with it. This imagining will make you happy and allow you to let go.

Can you deal with your negative thoughts?

You might wonder how exactly your awareness will change as a result of your newly found optimism.

If you feel good (before and visualize (or use another manifestation aid), you will eventually start to believe your desire is a done deal.

If you make feeling good a priority, that day will come sooner rather than later.

If you find yourself capable of ignoring your negative thoughts, the day you manifest will come along fast.

Your feelings are a strong creation force – keep them positive and they will make your thoughts positive in return.

If you don’t feel it yet, keep going and you will!

Don’t fall into the trap! Your desired manifestation might not feel real just yet but don’t let that discourage you.

Just imagine having what you want.
