The reason I have asked many of you if you truly wanted to manifest your desires was because I sometimes take time deciding whether I want something (or someone). At times, I like to leave it and think about it whenever the thought comes to me until I feel that this is what I want, 100%. Once I know that I want something or someone, it all flows easily (even before that, as I am aware that what I ask for is what happens).

These instances are rare but they happen occasionally. Even when knowing what you want most of the time, something like this may still come along occasionally.

However, this is a personal choice. If I ask, “Are you sure you want this enough?” and you say you do, I take it. We all operate from different sets of beliefs and personal reasons.

It is tempting to make your desire feel like a big deal. Thinking that you are manifesting something big is exciting but for some, it also serves as a fear-inducing block. In these cases, one’s desire can be seen as a life saver or a fresh start. It can be seen as a life goal accomplished. Even if you want to see it this way, your desire must feel natural to you. You must feel right having it in your life, an idea that often includes positive feelings and a sense of peace, even around the most exciting of desires.

The other night, one of my closest friends told me I had the skill to let go and live as if (paraphrased). We all know that anyone can develop this skill. Truth is, it isn’t that difficult to imagine having your desire in your life. The pressure to get it perfect kills it more than anything.

This friend of mine has already displayed the skill of living as if, starting small and expanding their belief.

When strongly attached to your desire, you may feel that you want to manifest it flawlessly, perfectly. You want to complete every manifestation step perfectly, ensuring you will receive your desire. However, all you need to do is believe while leaving the need for perfection behind you. The need for perfection induces personal pressure and most importantly, it is unnecessary.

If everything you really need to do in order to manifest is ask, believe and receive, you already know there is no need for perfection with such simple steps. It’s not about perfection – it’s about happiness and simplicity.

It’s about self-confidence.

It’s about trust in the Universe.

Feeling that you need any desire you may have will lower your vibration. Remember that as a rule, warning you of what to avoid.

Obviously, you want to avoid lowering your own vibration yet it happens, usually as a result of falling into negative thoughts, missing something or someone.

Wanting something you are currently missing provides a problem for your mind. Noticing the absence of your desire can cause attachment – another form of need for your desire to manifest, making it impossible to arrive.

Needing leads to more of the same. Feeling confident in having your desire already leads to its manifestation.

 

NEED VS. LOVE

Observe the difference between the following scenarios.

You have chosen a specific person. You wanted your mind blown and they live up to the task, making your head spin already. They are captivating, independent, joyous, smart and simply beautiful. They seem different, interesting, and they seem to love their life. Taken by these positive feelings you are experiencing, you’ve attracted various interactions with this person, from conversations to possibly even a date. Now, you want even more of their time since they seem to make life even better and because you deem them perfect, you are overthinking how to proceed. Any idea you have is followed by indecision, lack of self-confidence and your uncertainty that you can match their luminous quality. Your insecurity becomes obvious to them, causing them to distance themselves from you or place you in the friend zone. They still respect you but things aren’t moving in the direction you would prefer. You deem them too smart, gorgeous and interesting, thinking they might not see the same in you while in reality, you only reaffirm that you don’t see yourself as such. Or, you idealize them. You want their love as an overall validation, proving all the naysayers wrong and proving to yourself that you can do anything. You might think they’re as impressive as you want to be. You probably see them as beautiful as you want them to see you. Whichever of these possible scenarios you experience, you will ultimately become less and less interested in their true feelings and increasingly worried about why they don’t love you. Does that sound like real love and appreciation? Does it even sound like you are connecting with their true vibration? Do you really want to know them or just want them to fulfill your needs, especially those you have to fulfill? Because nobody can truly give you what you don’t feel within.

You think this person is too good to be true. You feel the need to be with them and end up disappointed. You failed to connect with the true essence of this person, idealizing them instead of truly wanting to know them. You thought they were too good to be true yet they are good enough just the way they are…and so are you. The only problem is, you weren’t ready to truly connect with them, probably fearing disappointment and your fantasy crushed. Yet that fantasy is not the same as a relationship.

On the other hand, how do you feel when you know that you can have anything, including the exact relationship you want? When you know, you feel amazing! You don’t feel the need for your specific relationship but only love that it’s a done deal, appeared already or will appear soon, however you perceive it in the moment. You think about it for as long as it makes you happy, moving onto something else when you feel like it. When negative thoughts and fears come up, you examine the reasons for them or ignore them because you know they’re false. However, if you choose to examine them, you do so because you want to be the person you admire which requires self-honesty. You want to know what your fears are telling you and face them so they would disappear. You feel good because your life is exciting, fulfilling and fun; you have other things to think about besides your relationship, just like your specific person does. You both love your lives and want to share them with each other. You know that what you want is yours. You are capable of relaxing and doing what makes you happy because it is the way to your desire. You feel great about yourself and cannot wait to share that with your specific person while enjoying them share their life with you in return. It’s very possible you don’t care what other people think of you. When enjoying life that much, you attract even more amazing things and people into it. They pay attention to you because happiness is attractive. Your vibration is high and you love it. Why would you ever lower it?

What happens after you absolutely know your desire belongs to you? This feeling is butterfly-inducing at first and is in itself spectacular.

I love spectacular manifestation stories – the spectacular part rests not only in the manifestation itself but also living with it every day. If you feel that your desire is spectacular simply because you would love to live it, so will be the story. The spectacular part lies in the sharing, giving, feeling and experiencing everyday life. If you don’t see the spectacular in what you do and who you want be with every day, you are missing the point.

 

WHAT ABOUT YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS? 

After a while, you fail to understand why you ever had negative thoughts and wasted your time with them. As useful as they may be in uncovering limiting beliefs, it is time to say goodbye to (reacting to) them afterwards.

Facing and ridding yourself of negative thoughts works. However, their solving has to hold the purpose of replacing those negative thoughts with positive ones – you are resolving your negative thoughts in order to be able to only focus on the positive life you want to live.

If you only get rid of your negative thoughts but don’t form new, positive beliefs to take their place, what’s the point? In that case, you’re also focusing on what you don’t want instead of thinking about what you do want. Not knowing what you want to create leads to negative thoughts! You are not making a point of keeping focus on having your desire already if you see this process as exhausting or “work.” However, that shows your level of love and attachment to your desire.

If you are having a hard time imagining that you have your desire and loving the idea, do you really want it that much?

This is the crucial question you must ask yourself – do you think it’s possible for you to truly be happy with your specific person? Do you think they could be a great partner? Do you want to make them the happiest they’ve ever been?

Do you believe they can make you happy?

Manifesting a relationship should feel easy in order to manifest quickly and easily. In theory, imagining yourself with the person you want should only be filled with love. Feeling negatively about the person you want literally means contradicting laws of the Universe and is a reason you feel upset with yourself.

If you are upset with your specific person, you are upset with yourself over some scenario of not being good enough.

If upset about the past, you are upset with yourself for it – for blaming yourself when it happened, attracting it in the first place, tolerating it when you shouldn’t have or being too weak to leave when it was time.

And, you know it.

Now, you can forgive yourself for it; you know what to do and are starting over. You are happy. When manifesting a specific relationship, choose someone you want to make the the happiest they’ve ever been. Find them fascinating exactly for who they are. Know they are going to make an amazing partner. If you feel this way, you will be able to see yourself with them easily, removing the need for the relationship and manifesting it into your life.

The only part you really need to control is your belief. Then, maintaining your vibration will be easy.

Here’s a little trick I use to manifest money.

I think of something in my life which I spend a lot of money on. Is there anything you feel should cost less but willingly pay the retail price for? Now, instead of banging your head against the wall and feeling that you overspend every time, especially when you compare it to your monthly salary or your current financial situation, instead take a moment and feel gratitude for having so much money! You can afford to pay so much money for something you love

The price range here is irrelevant; “expensive” is a relative term.

Being aware of an abundance of money in your life will effortlessly create a new flow of it, without imagining how much you want to make from now on or convincing yourself that you can become wealthy. You already are! You are now focusing on the money you have, creating even more of it.

You are the one bringing all your desires to life.

When you love the manifestation period preceding your desire, you receive it fast; you’re probably aware of this already.

Let me explain.

Every single time you manifested something without the need to rush it, it came to you fast. Sometimes, this desire appeared in your life instantly.

This can happen with desires one perceives as “small” or “likely to have.” However, those perceived as “life changing” cause resistance, fear, uncertainty and doubt many use to give up on them. If unfamiliar with creation principles, unaware of LoA or not used to consciously creating, one might automatically shut down the flow of positive energy upon the appearance of those thoughts. One might feel all sorts of doubt and anxiety lowering their vibration.

When attaching profoundly positive feelings to your desire, no matter how big or small you’ve perceived it to be, that desire becomes a natural course of events in your mind. You know it’s coming. You know it’s yours already.

MANIFESTATIONS NOW AND THEN

I used to create intricate manifestation stories in certain areas of my life instead of allowing them to come to life easily because I perceived that easy path as boring. When manifesting my past relationships, I wanted to make all the first moves and then, enjoy what I created. Many wish they didn’t have to make an effort with relationships and I thrived on “making it happen.” I would create work where there wasn’t any because a great story of a relationship coming to life had to be present.

In addition, I thrived on showing others they could make anything happen and being assertive about everything I desired was the way to go. I was comfortable with taking action and over time, I realized the following.

Projecting the right energy was an action in itself. In truth, one doesn’t have to do anything in order to receive their desire – some do nothing and receive and others do everything without seeing change.

Manifesting money has always gone interestingly in my life. I continuously receive double the expected for any amount when shopping, as the items I desire seem to be on sale most of the time. I have often received gifts and beauty treatments. I have unexpectedly found money in the past. I went on all-expenses-paid trips. When envisioning my last professional fee, I received double the amount.

I also enjoy giving, donating and treating my loved ones greatly. I love to pay for dinner, concert tickets, groceries, drinks, gas (when someone else is driving) or cab rides, donating money to charities and give gifts. I donate clothes on a regular basis, all in fantastic condition. Others also enjoy treating me to dinner, drinks or entertainment. Positive feelings are attached to money in my world.

There was a time in my life when I was unsure if budgeting could bring me positive results but wanted to try it anyway. It was one of the least fruitful decisions I’d ever made. Budgeting created momentary money limitations in my mind, which would lead to generally having less, not more. I needed to change those beliefs once again but learned several valuable lessons along the way.

When manifesting work engagements, I quickly discovered my likes and dislikes. Before deciding on what I truly wanted to do, I tried out a variety of jobs. I was interested in life and wanted as many different experiences as I was willing to dedicate my time to. Twice in my life, I gave sending out my CV to apply for jobs a try and hated it with passion each time (even when it would lead to employment).

My preferred method rested in the expectation that others would seek me out for professional engagements and, they did. I would decide what I wanted to do, as detailed as I could, and know it was mine.

I believe it was so due to a simple creation principle – that which perpetuates the lack of our desire makes us miserable and creates more of the same.

To me, sending out my CV only made me feel like I was searching for a job instead of having it. I felt this practice lowering my personal standards. I am much happier asking for my perfect gig and letting it go, inevitably leading to manifestation. This hasn’t changed but my relationship manifestations have.

Your intention is what matters. To some, CV sending perpetuates the feeling of looking for a job. To others, it is a highly positive practice that will lead to their ideal job. You may either alter your perception or your practice in order to change your awareness.

An additional factor involved in this idea was my knowing I would return to writing as soon as I was ready.

Over time, I discovered the appeal of relationships, observed my old mistakes without emotion and reassessed my true desires.

There was a time I held mostly negative views of relationships but learned it was so because I wasn’t entirely basing them on pure love. However, I would also always preset their expiration date (instead of allowing them to take their natural course, whatever that might have been). Holding negative views on relationships was fueled by my belief that I was meeting and dating men who could simply never be enough for me. I started to wonder about what I was missing and therefore wanted.

Relationships can be pure bliss, with energy clear, loving feelings prevailing and problems easily solved. When problems appear, many see them as the end of the world, lowering their vibration and causing more problems. When good times come, one may either be grateful for their abundance and lasting bliss or expect them to fade any minute because “good things don’t last.” Either way, their awareness will determine the continuation or the halt of bliss in their lives.

When manifesting relationships today, I ask for my desire and automatically know it’s mine. I visualize everything I want the relationship to be. I visualize everything I want us to be and live. I live it before we do together – I feel what it’s like to have it. There is usually one visualization I repeat more than others – spontaneously created, emotion-filled, a favorite. This particular visualization reflects everything I want to be, the adoration I feel for my man and the relationship I want to live. Sometimes, I only have to do it once before the relationship appears.

The reason for manifesting a specific relationship should rest in nothing but love for the person you want to be with. Some relationships, I manifested because I saw the man I had my eye on as an amazing person who would be an exceptional boyfriend. Others, I manifested when simply wanting the experience of being with a specific man.

I am tempted to add the following passage to every single post I ever write from now on.

KNOWING that your desire is yours brings inner peace and removes the need for signs. Knowing your desire is yours already boosts the feeling of love for your manifestation period. If you discover that having your desire doesn’t make you feel good, this is an entirely separate issue from the feeling of not having it in your life; you must feel good about having your desire in your life. 

If you don’t KNOW it’s YOURS, no amount of signs is going to help.

How can you know?

Because your desire belongs to you the moment you ask for it. The Universe creates the very moment we ask. Then, allowing your desire to come into your reality is the only thing left.

Does having every desire in your life make you feel good? It didn’t always make me feel good, especially with relationships. Seeing myself with several specific men was only tempting in theory while in reality, I had to admit to myself that I didn’t truly want them. Wanting to care about someone didn’t mean I automatically would.

As one of my close friends once said, “I know you tried to want that relationship but if you don’t, you don’t.” Obviously, the “trying” to want it only leads to more trying and unless I was willing to alter my beliefs, the time had come to move on.

When manifesting anything, one would go wrong seeing it as following the steps and manifesting their desire. Are you aware of having your desire or currently manifesting it? From moment one, be aware that your desire is yours already and follow the steps without overthinking them. Observe your thoughts emotionlessly. Don’t think about the steps as you’re making them and how correct they are while looking out for your desire to appear at the same time. That is not having; it is manifesting which will lead to more manifesting.

From the moment of asking for your desire, assume that it is yours without waiting for it to appear. Complete manifestation steps as you feel that your desire is yours already while also feeling gratitude for having it in your life. This knowing will make your manifestation period a happy one, not to mention the necessity of knowing that your desire is yours before being able to receive it.

Getting what I give has never been a problem. Would you like to do the same?

Make doing what makes you happy your priority. Those who do receive everything they want from the Universe, as if they never had to seek it out. When doing what makes you happy becomes your only action taken in life, you need for nothing and see everything you want practically handed to you.

When consciously manifesting, many start to fear the negative. They fear losing their desire instead of bringing it to life.

Some continuously battle their negative thoughts which can be deeply upsetting. These thoughts lower one’s vibration by saddening and exhausting them, creating massive fear.

Fear tends to be the most draining negative emotion of all. Sadness goes away when we focus on the generators of happiness in our lives; I truly believe that sadness can pass faster than one realizes, as one of the great human tendencies is to seek out happiness.

Fear is an empty, false emotion which enables us to scare ourselves to the point of mental paralysis based on the thoughts we’ve produced ourselves.

Fear tends to go away when one feels that external proof of their desire manifesting is present… But only short-term. Unless resolved, disabled and eliminated, fear will continue to return until removed.

The trick is to give your negative thoughts a positive meaning. Do you feel capable of doing this? That part has to do with your self-confidence.

When thinking about your relationship, you may be consumed by many fears connected to it instead of enjoying the happiness it brings. These fears did not appear to prevent your relationship from coming to you but for the purpose of resolving them. Don’t feel guilty for having these fears either – everyone has experienced them.

Often, there is a specific set of circumstances one tends to dread, causing the fear to keep coming back. The phrase of “nothing to fear but fear itself” applies perfectly, as being terrified of a “what if” scenario prevents the manifestation of your desires.

Not to mention that negative thoughts mean one doesn’t believe of having their desire yet; negative thoughts are just another way of expressing one’s disbelief in living their dream.

Let’s be clear – a literal scenario one may fear rarely manifests, if ever. However, one might become so paralyzed by the idea of this fear, lowering their vibration horribly and manifesting unrelated but also undesirable circumstances in life.

What is there to do when a scenario such as this one occurs?

Feel gratitude for your negative thoughts and consider why they appeared. The truth is, they are here to give you the chance for a permanent freedom from their prison.

When negative thoughts appear, say, “Thank you for these negative thoughts, as they point out my limiting beliefs. What do I believe about myself? Let’s resolve it. Why do I fear this-and-that? Because of my past? Because of how I feel about myself? Do I feel inadequate in this-or-that area of my life, my personality or because of my looks?”

The answers will keep coming to you. Face them without resentment or resistance. Be honest with yourself; don’t be embarrassed of your self-perception, as it can be changed to better. Nobody has to know you are thinking about these things; you can do it quietly.

Once you are capable of feeling gratitude for the good and the bad, the positive and the negative, the empowering and the weakening thoughts, you will be transforming all of them into positive thoughts. The negative will disappear after you’ve learned your lesson from them – you will realize why you attracted some positive and some negative things in the past. Once you start to focus on the positive sides of yourself and your life, you will be attracting positive things.

Most importantly, you must start seeing happiness as a natural thing!

It is natural that the person you want to be with should want to be with you. It is natural that the money you want to manifest should come to you. It is natural that you should live where you want to, wear the clothes that make you happy and work where you would love to. Fear is not real, therefore it should never stop you. However, facing it should set you free.

This is one of the most important posts I have ever written.

I often stress the importance of directing feelings of love and appreciation towards oneself regardless of one’s current life circumstances, physical appearance, social or financial status. Some may think they need specific external validation in order to achieve their desired self-confidence, a notion entirely untrue.

Six years ago, I manifested weight loss of about 20 lbs. I thought it would make me as confident as I always wanted to be. However, I felt exactly the same and was shocked over that very fact. My awareness and with it, my self-confidence, never changed until I faced my limiting beliefs.

Every time I manifested a relationship I desired, I felt the same after I’d received it. I wasn’t permanently happier – I was only more excited. After the excitement wore off, I was the same person. Each time, I was expecting that the relationship would bring out an even better side of me, forgetting that I and I alone had the capability of doing so. My absolute best always rested in me, not in my relationship.

I’m only thirty years old and back then, I was in my mid twenties. I hadn’t learned everything I needed to just yet.

If you think your life circumstances, current job, physical appearance or financial status stand in the way of being the person you desire to be, this is the person you never were. An amazing person is amazing regardless of what is happening around them. Energy movement ensures that once you are capable of being the person you desire to be, you will manifest all your desires. You have to believe before receiving – the essence of LoA.

Directing feelings of love and happiness towards oneself expands one’s self-confidence, which is an essential element of effortless manifestation.

If you love who you are, never criticize yourself for your negative thoughts. Learn to love your appearance just as it is, knowing that you can change it whenever you want. If you hate your job, do you want to be the person who embraces the misery or one who changed their circumstances? Once you opt for the latter, use LoA. Decide that your dream job is yours now and never abandon that resolve. Every time you encounter a negative thought, simply replace it with a positive one.

You might think you would approach the person you love if you were more attractive or wealthier. You might think that these external attributes would offer you a needed confidence kick but in reality, they would only distract you from dealing with your deep-seeded issues.

And, you know it.

Being the person you desire to be requires strong resolve. 


When you feel like you’re drowning in your negative thoughts, say to yourself,

“My dream life is mine right now. Thank you.”

Your happiness and focus will change effortlessly. LoA is a way of living and your awareness will change as a result of evoking happiness within.


When you encounter an undesirable thought, say to yourself,

“I forgive myself for those thoughts. I am manifesting my dream life right now. My desires are a done deal.”

As soon as you say it, you will feel warmth around your heart. Your happiness will change your awareness and you will let your desire go effortlessly, allowing it to manifest.

Be happy forgiving yourself for your negative thoughts and be happy that your dream life belongs to you. Feeling this much happiness excludes all resistance, allowing you to allow your desires to come to you in the most natural flow imaginable. 


If you encounter an undesirable circumstance, say to yourself,

“I am grateful because there is an even better way for my desire to manifest than this would have been.”

Believe it and then, let it go.


The essence of your life lies in your love for the person you are. You are capable of effortlessly being everything you desire to be. Directing love towards yourself when you feel your best, your worst, your happiest, your most hopeless is going to take you there.

“We receive exactly what we expect to receive.” (John Holland)

Always start from this thought. Be willing to know your desire is yours simply because you have decided so. Settle for nothing else, less or other; only what you love and want.

When you know your desire belongs to you already and is on its way to manifesting, you naturally expect to receive it and prepare your world for its arrival. This is the place your actions should flow from.

Sometimes, it seems to me that this conviction is the only aspect of the Law of Attraction one should essentially work on.

You’ve heard this advice before: “Make room in your closet for his/her clothes.” I say, when you know your desire of a relationship with your perfect person belongs to you and feel nothing but love and gratitude for it, you will naturally come to taking this particular or similar action – it will be an idea coming from your heart because you’ll be thrilled about being in this amazing relationship already. You will want to do everything for this person. You will want to make room in your world for him/her.

When desiring a specific job, you will want to interview for it, apply for it and the process will make you happy because you will know the job is yours already. You will go through the process happily because you will see every stage as an opportunity to prepare for this job, showing what a perfect fit you are and feeling grateful. You will be excited about your daily commute. Any kind of pressure or anxiety about having this job will be absent from your mind, as well as the unnecessary thoughts about today’s economy or how difficult it is to obtain work.

This kind of action flows effortlessly when we are truly happy and excited about our desires. When we love our desires that much, having them in our lives is the only option. You know it’s coming, making it the only scenario you expect to receive.

Do you love your desire so much that if you could have anything or anyone else in your life today, you would still choose the said desire? If you could live any other reality today, would you still choose your current desire?

My heart is my compass in life while my sense of self-value, self-confidence and self-respect decide who deserves to have it. At the same time, I am able to respect and accept anyone as well as their choices, whether or not I want them in my life. I highly recommend this approach to anyone willing to try.

My Own Private Synchronicities

My Own Private Synchronicities

Recently, I read two articles describing the most common synchronicity one tends to experience when in the flow, aligned with one’s desires on the way to manifesting them. These common signs such as number patterns (1111, 222 or 333, usually on the clock), flowing easily through traffic, predicting the songs to start playing on the radio or having someone cross your mind and hearing from them almost instantly indicate that one is in the perfect flow, their energy clear and receptive.

When I’m in the flow, I experience the following.

1. Predicting the songs to come on the radio, music video channels or hearing songs related to my desire everywhere I go. 

My entire life, I’ve had a deep connection with music and I relate it to everything I’m going through – I believe this is the case for many individuals. When I attach a specific song to a desire I have, I hear it several times a day! I could find myself shopping and hear it playing in the store, then hear it playing when I meet my friends for a drink that same night. In the meantime, I could hear it on the radio in my car. I could have a video music channel on at home and the video for the song would play. Sometimes, it seems never-ending, and it is always followed by my desires manifesting fast.

2. Experiencing chills or goosebumps for no apparent reason.

For years, I didn’t understand this sign or why it happened; at times, experiencing this level of positive emotion made me feel conflicted. Sometimes, we have to accept that we do deserve everything we desire. Now, experiencing this sign makes me happy and grateful, with my heart open fully to the love and magic I have attracted into my life.

3. Flowing through traffic even when it’s clogged all around me. 

I could drive up to a line of cars seemingly refusing to move and suddenly, it clears away. My lane could clear while others remain busy. This happens frequently and over time, I learned that it was a sign.

4. Even stronger intuition. 

My favorite part of this is consisted of feeling my desire manifesting one step at a time as well as seeing people as clearly and accurately as I do. My intuition also manifests in the way that, when I am presented with an opportunity, I immediately know what kind of interest it will hold for me and for how long. My strong intuition allows me to know myself, what I genuinely desire and why. At the same time, it shows me I can change my reality any way I wish but never allows me to escape my deepest desires, knowing that unless I live them, I will never be truly happy.

5. Positive attention.

When others are vying to help me, do things for me and are throwing many compliments my way, I accept that I deserve them and feel grateful for them while my positivity continues to affect everyone around me. Happiness spreads fast and the desire to give it to others ensure receiving even more of it in return. Those who see themselves in a positive light provide the same to others.
