Cliché it is due to its truthfulness – keeping busy makes you lighten up and stop feeling like you should be thinking about your desire all the time (especially when you notice it hasn’t manifested yet).

When I feel like thinking too much, I start writing, cleaning up or go outside and walk around the block. I think about my new photography goals and challenges. I start looking for a new series to watch (or go back to rewatching OITNB). I catch up on my incomplete errands, in a decisively motivated and not-at-all-lazy way.

This is what puts me in a different mindset simply by letting me engage fully in a concrete activity that requires the presence of both my body and mind which is the exact reason why it works.

There are a million things to do – all we have to do is choose among them.

Manifestation Epidemic – Wanting to “Do” When You Should Be Letting Go

Knowing your desire is yours but not seeing it in your current reality just yet can be frustrating. At this stage of manifestation, you might be wondering what you’re supposed to be doing or simply how to distract yourself when the thought of having your desire makes you so excited that it is all you can possibly think about.

At this stage, you might be tempted to start “doing” something to make your desire manifest faster but please refrain – in this exact moment, you should simply distract yourself by doing other things, especially enjoying the things you have time for now but won’t as much once you have manifested your desire.

Every change of circumstances changes a life. With every new chapter, we have a little less time for some aspects of the previous. There are things you could be enjoying right now that you won’t have as much time or energy for once your desire is manifested so focus on them instead. In turn, they will allow you to let go of your desire entirely only to see it appear in your current reality faster than you think!

This change of focus is more beneficial than you might currently realize.

Living in the Moment (for the Past Three Weeks)

Hello everyone! Wow, I didn’t realize how long it had been since I last posted until I just saw the date of my last article. I am so sorry but I am going to catch up with all your comments and emails very soon!

I had taken a little time off and it was good for the soul, as they say. A part of it was consisted of searching for new inspiration and another part was simply enjoying life. It takes very little time to regroup when you keep a positive attitude and allow yourself to relax.

Work with the Universe!

This is something you simply must do.

Working with the Universe means allowing yourself to feel good so that your desires manifest. Believing that what you want is yours already, a done deal or about to happen is all that it takes once you get out of your own way.

Getting out of your way is all about listening to your positive feelings which stem from your positive decisions. Even when you “have a feeling” that something good is about to happen, it is because you decided that something good is about to happen and followed the related feelings.

A choice, positive or negative, always comes first, from your conscious or subconscious mind.

Listen to your needs – only you can fulfil them. When you’re upset, make yourself feel better. Do whatever it takes to feel better. When you’re tired, rest. A positive attitude is a choice and so is positive thinking.

One of the most important ways of working with the Universe means choosing to do what makes you happy instead of staying in the space of “waiting” for your desire which can often make you feel incomplete. And you deserve better.

Refusing to let go equals refusing to be happy. In this case, one chooses not to be happy. The choice to change your thoughts from those related to your desire is yours. Think about other things, enjoy your life, be happy and allow manifestation to happen! If you do whatever it takes to feel good, letting go will be easy.

I don’t meant to be dramatic but every time you react to your negative thoughts, you are letting something good die. You are letting your positive thoughts get lost and might struggle to retrieve them. You are allowing your positive mood to wither while replacing it with the negative.

Choose the positive because attachment sucks.

Everything in life is your choice! What you accept is your choice. Stop accepting negative thoughts and start embracing the positive.

This is how you work with the Universe to bring your desires to life.
