A Thought about Your Negative Thoughts

Your negative thoughts won’t manifest literally but if you should engage in them, they lead to easily dealt with hiccups in our day to day reality.

When I engage in negative thoughts or dwell on things, I will experience moments of boredom. I might lack inspiration. People will react to me differently. My latest clothes order will be late. I will wake up tired and miss people. And none of that is fun.

When our energy is low, we should redirect from our negative thoughts and affirm something positive instead; otherwise, you may experience ups and downs throughout your manifestation.

They’re not the end of the world but these negative thoughts impacting the manifestation process may be confusing.

Don’t let these thoughts ruin your mood or belief. Know that what you want is yours even when they appear, and your mood will increase eventually. No matter how you feel, see your desire being yours as a fact.

I intend on writing more about this but in any moment you feel upset by your manifestation not being here yet, take five deep breaths and remember that it will be. It will be no matter what, if only you believe it, because then you will let go and take the positive course of action towards meeting your goals.

Getting Used to Happiness

When you’re happy, you naturally see yourself having what you want.

Happiness is being your true self and being proud of or at least happy about it, no matter who it is you feel happy being. As long as the main reason for being and expressing your true self is love, you won’t see any reason not to. 

Love can be stifled when others tell you to not be yourself but only if you allow it. Love cannot burn out unless you put it out yourself. When you’re happy just being yourself, you are experiencing and feeling love. You are living it.

You can be happy seeing yourself in your current or desired reality as long as you don’t sink into bad mood when remembering your current reality post visualization, for example. Being grateful for what you can in your current will you bring your desired reality about.

A Positive Individual’s Manifestation Method

My entire approach to manifestation is based on being a positive person – it’s what I’m used to, it’s organic, it feels right. I love having unwavering faith that my desire is manifesting and since positive energy coming from within helps the Law of Attraction work without effort, it makes me feel connected to my desires and love from the Universe.

Having everything I want is what feels most natural to me. Whenever I thought that I could compromise what I wanted just to accomplish some other goal (without reason, because we can have everything), I ended up partially displeased – this was when I learned that I only accept having everything I want and nothing less. “Partially displeased” is not worth it.

I am only happy when I have everything I want and to get it, I assume that I have it already. Everything we feel is reflected in our realities.

Gratitude for All Things – How to Start Appreciating Everything You Have

Gratitude for everything you have in your life will allow you to manifest everything you want because loving where you are removes the need to “better” your life by looking for external solutions for increasing your happiness (instead of simply looking within).

I have a very simple technique you can use to increase your manifesting power, self-confidence and your overall happiness:

Look for the fun part of everything you do.

If you have to be somewhere you don’t want to go, think of a single reason why you would be interested in being there. Any reason! I used this in college and grad school in order to ease my studying – having to take certain classes I didn’t care for much, I devised an easy way of taking notes allowing me to put in very little time in order to receive satisfactory grades. Knowing I could get through the classes I found boring made me feel good. I also manifested open book exams in those classes several times. Not only was I getting the grades I was fine with but my fellow students borrowed my notes.

Some people hate early mornings. Unless they are willing to manifest a change because they believe that early mornings simply must continue to happen, these people could focus on the benefits of early mornings instead of thinking about the drawbacks. Alternatively, they could add a morning routine to their schedule which would make them excited to wake up.

Suggestions? Expressing gratitude as soon as they wake up which would automatically put them in a great mood. Of course, the routine itself can be anything at all, as long as it makes them happy.

You might want to manifest a home, wealth, friendships or a relationship you are unhappy to be missing right now. In this case, focus on the things you are happy to have time for now, before you manifest and your life changes. These might be the things you usually enjoy on your own, things you can enjoy now but won’t in the future or the things your current lifestyle allows and you love but might be a little difficult to make happen after your life changes and you manifest. Not only will your enjoyment for what you have remove the need to manifest a change (the exact energy that will allow you to manifest) but your positive energy will also attract every desire you may have into your life.

Whenever on my way to manifesting a new desire, enjoying the present circumstances always tells me my current reality is changing rapidly; one simply goes hand in hand with the other.

How to Break Free From “Not Having” Your Desire

The feeling of your desire missing from your life can be annoying, upsetting and can drive you into frantically working to change it in order to attract your desire instead.

I won’t even try to describe that feeling beautifully or eloquently because it isn’t; instead, this feeling is unpleasant and can lower your mood.

However, I am going to suggest several solutions for it.

Remain committed to staying in a good mood!

When your goal in life is to be in a good mood no matter what you do and where you are, knowing that bad mood is a waste of time, you will automatically want to go out and do something for yourself. Every time you fall into the bad mood, you will automatically want to change it.

When you get bored, think about what you would like to do to fix your mood. When you feel low, treat yourself (I hate that expression but it works). Go out and buy something for yourself, treat yourself to a meal you love, have a bubble bath, remember all the wonderful people in your life or, one of my favorites, donate money. In any way to anyone you want. Giving is something that will instantly raise your vibration.

Remember all those LoA sources telling you to get in a good mood first and then, think about having your desire in order to attract it even faster. To that, I want to add that when you remain in a good mood, when it becomes your goal, you will manifest your desires fast anyway.

Repeat affirmations!

When this dark feeling comes to you, you can change it by training your brain to automatically think opposite thoughts. You can repeat affirmations, self-devised or any you have read and liked, training your mind to automatically go to the positive when you think of the negative.

Why don’t you think you’re amazing?

I preach confidence non-stop because it makes manifestation easy. It helps you stay in a good mood. It makes everything in life easier. Many readers have told me they struggle with maintaining their confidence especially when manifesting relationships.

Confidence is a positive feeling, awareness and attitude. Confident individuals never judge themselves or others – one of the most important lessons we could ever learn. Confident people love their lives because they arrange them in all kinds of positive ways.

Now, do you love or need?

Loving the person you are allows you to love another. Feeling incomplete while thinking that another could complete you will inevitably trick you into thinking that you need them to be the person you always wanted to be.

Truth is, you don’t need anyone – relationships are a choice. You are capable of being happy on your own, allowing love to manifest into your life. Being happy on your own is also very healthy, allowing you to be the best possible partner to the person of your choice.

The most amazing partners are those who can be happy on their own.

Law of Attraction, Colors and Style (In Short)

One of the signs of experiencing a vibrational raise may reflect in suddenly wearing brighter colors.

Being a fan of neutrals, this was an interesting experience for me.

I have heard many times that colors affect as well as reflect one’s mood. Using colors to improve one’s mood also makes sense, seeing how the bright ones were able to brighten up my own mood and motivational skills.

Yes, motivational skills. When a color motivates you, it also motivates you to motivate others.

On Wednesday, I wore black leggings and a silver top. Whereas this outfit would have reflected my signature style at certain points in my life, it now felt atypical. One day last week, I wore black pants with a grey sweater, also unaware of where the idea to do so came from.

When observing my recent purchases, they contain items such as a bright green thin sweater, an orange top, several multi-colored tops, a blue and white skirt and two multi-colored dresses. Furthermore, my leniency towards those colors is always enhanced when visualizing wearing them in my dream life.

Looking back, I have observed that my choice of colors vs. neutrals almost always reflected my current mood. At the same time, choosing colors when in need of a pick-me-up worked at least in part.
