Reminder of the Day

When you’re faced with negative thoughts, do the following.

  1. Remember they only have power if you allow them to. If you decide they are false and powerless, you can face them, even feel them, without being afraid of them messing up your life. You have to finally put yourself before your own negative thoughts. 
  2. Remind yourself that your negative thoughts might not be as clear cut as you think. Negative thoughts appear so that you could power through them and come out the other side ready to live your dreams. Negative thoughts can simply be a way of purging your energy from negativity and moving onto a more positive awareness but they will only be so if you allow them to come, help you uncover your personal blocks and help yourself release them.
  3. Your negative thoughts are a guide into the depths of your awareness. Your negative thoughts are not an indicator of what is happening but of the way you feel about yourself. Those thoughts are just a version of your self-perception and what you feel is possible for you right now, the manifestation of your fears in this case; instead, you must begin to believe that your dreams are most likely to happen to you, not your fears. You see how it all comes from you, how these are your ideas and not some sort of prophecy (besides the self-fulfilling kind, if you keep up the negative thoughts long enough)?
  4. Saying goodbye to negative thoughts leads to inner peace. When you learn to ignore them, your confidence grows with your newly found inner peace which takes over your awareness and makes you realize you deserve everything you want to have without it being a big deal. It’s natural. It’s yours.

Some of the recent events around me as well as many comments and emails prompted me to address the following:

Are your friends, family and other people close to you genuinely happy for your success in life, your positive personality and all the love, magic and gratitude you are attracting into your life?

Let’s be clear on something – they should be!

No matter what goes on in your life, you are a great friend if you’re unconditionally happy for your own friends and their success. Those who support your goals and desires are good friends and those who don’t are only expressing their limiting beliefs, making themselves less-than-exceptional friends in the process.

If someone’s constant negativity hurts your happiness and life, you can remove yourself from that person and seek out positive company instead. There is no reason not to.

Do YOU Want to Like You?

A great deal of your personal appeal rests in keeping your personal attitude unaffected by all the negativity in the world.

I am not saying that you shouldn’t care about the world but believing in it instead of faithlessly criticising it not only contributes to your happiness but to your personal appeal as well. In addition, a positive attitude allows you to emit positive energy, making the world a better place almost without realizing.

An attitude of belief in improvement is appealing. A positive game plan is appealing. Passion is appealing!

Honesty is appealing and when it comes to positive individuals, honesty will reveal their personal appeal.

Whenever you meet someone whose truly positive personality shines through, don’t you find yourself wanting to communicate with this person? Do you not find yourself wanting to be near them, feeling that their happiness somehow makes you happier?

Those who are genuinely happy attract even more happiness to them – this is the Law of Attraction. Who you are and what you believe in attracts more of the same into your life.

LoA is life and those who claim that life is just not that simple are doing nothing but making excuses for not having what they want and being who they want to be. Choosing not to be who you want to be also translates into awareness, as you know that you are simply not as happy as you could be. Accepting this particular awareness/self-perception will probably reflect on your life and manifestations in a negative way, as you will most likely believe that you can have some things you want but not others. However, that is up to you. Your life is your choice, entirely.

Many were raised and taught to focus on the external world first and internal second. Throughout their lives, many have come to realize their attitudes shape their realities yet some fail to work on changing their attitudes. If you truly want to make yourself happier, you will do what it takes and not see it as hard work, if this is your true heart’s desire. It doesn’t have to be as difficult as you fear.

Whether or not you actually like yourself matters. You deserve to feel good about yourself and can only do so if you nurture genuinely positive feelings. No anger, no engaging in negativity, no hate – just love.

Face your fears – you’ll be happy you did. Take it one step at a time because skipping self work will result in life staying exactly the same instead improving.

Manifestation Epidemic – Trying to Manifest while Attempting to Fix the Current Reality

If the Law of Attraction confuses you at times, you probably find yourself bouncing from the thoughts of living your desire to the thoughts of not having it in your current reality just yet. This is one of the most common manifestation and LoA teaching problems; it is where attachment and the refusal to let go rule one’s awareness.

In short,

If you can’t take the focus off your current reality, your desired one isn’t making you happy enough…yet. You must make the visualizations and feelings of having your desire more vivid, creative and reflecting what you want instead of what you don’t or what you fear having to settle for.

If you pay equal attention to your positive and negative thoughts, you are stuck between the realities, so to speak. However, focusing on your desired reality is always the answer. The more you nurture positive feelings about your desired reality, the more your current one will fade.

Can you imagine what your life would look like if your entire visualization focus rested on having and living your desire already? It would be everything you see and it would lead to manifestation. You wouldn’t think twice about still living your current reality and you would start to enjoy it while knowing that your desired reality is coming.

When manifesting anything you can imagine, I consider it a done deal. All my happiness goes into the thoughts of living my desire which takes the focus off my current reality, allowing me to live it and stop paying attention to the insignificant details in it. As I enjoy these visualizations, my awareness soaks up the feeling of having what I want. With my desire in my life, I imagine it to be inspiring, positively challenging and full of enjoyment.

When you make your desired reality that happy, the current becomes something you don’t even think about. You don’t mind it and might start to enjoy it as a result. In addition, this approach is pure self love due to the giving of love to yourself and having your desire.

If you can’t take the focus off your current reality, you will as soon as you make your desired one more engaging in your mind. Then, you will also let go to manifest.

At the same time, impatience and a lack of self love prevent many from entirely letting go of the current reality and putting their faith into the desired; instead, many look for short-term solutions and “steps” to manifest their desire slowly, wanting to feel happy now without having to take the time to locate their limiting beliefs and personal manifesting blocks.

Some refuse to let go due to the fear of actually manifesting their desire, feeling undeserving of that manifestation and fearing its eventual loss instead of praising its gain and presence. If this is you, repeating the affirmation “I am good enough” whenever you feel the need is going to work for you.

Thought of the Day – Guilt, Fulfilment, Positive Feelings or Negative Behavior?

LoA is when you make pizza, eat the entire thing in one sitting and remain at your ideal weight.

Many feel guilty about what they have and wanting what they do. Guilt is nothing but empty emotion and an inexhaustible source of personal manifesting blockage.

Guilt is contradictory to manifesting because it evokes negative feelings while manifesting is all about the positive.

Some refuse to even remove negativity from their lives because they feel guilty about dropping it and actually feeling better; feelings of this nature go back to one’s fear/awareness of being unworthy of their desired manifestation.

The reasons for engaging in certain behavior during your manifestation period say a lot about your awareness. Do you visualise because you love living your desire or because you feel that you should in order to receive your desire (a.k.a. because you feel your desire missing from your life and want to attract it)?

Do you actively feel guilty about wanting what you do or feel that you deserve it?

“Don’t believe everything you think.”

I am continuously surprised at the amount of truth hidden in this phrase which goes beyond its initial impression of explaining the reality behind one’s personal origin of thought.

If you feel that something awful is happening and you start digging for it, specific event you might have imagined may be nowhere near the truth… But the fact that you already allowed so much negative energy to come in may cause you to see negativity everywhere, regardless of its source. Translation – if you are afraid that something undesirable is happening, you will unlikely discover that you’re right about it but if your negativity is strong enough, you will find something else you’ll dislike and perpetuate your dissatisfaction.

When you’re happy, you attract positive events and circumstances which bring you even more happiness. When you allow the negativity in and then add emotion to it, you attract even more of it. Nothing even has to happen to invite more negativity – you just see it everywhere even without any new developments in the world. Feelings create so wouldn’t you rather be filled with great feelings therefore creating even great feelings?

GIVING LOVE TO OTHERS

Those who are manifesting new relationships with their former partners may be battling the rush of negative and positive feelings coming at them all at once. Now, let’s address the negative ones.

When manifesting relationships, negative feelings may come up but the good news is that they are not based on reality. One might imagine every possible scenario in which things could go wrong but when it comes to our perception of others, things are never as simple as we assume. It is impossible to know and understand another person’s pattern of thought, their past and their former experiences until we have known them for years therefore the things we assume about them are most likely incorrect. What we need to remember is that we judge others according to our former experiences and this is mostly the way through which we create expectations directed at them.

The Law of Attraction says we must let go of all the assumptions we could possibly have in order to manifest exactly what we want. If we continue to stick to them, we might manifest several undesirable circumstances or hardly manifest anything at all.

WHY DO WE BECOME NEGATIVE?

Can you recognize the circumstances in which you often start to feel particularly negative? For me, this used to happen when I was bored. Finding happiness and different ways of contribution to the world in the moments of boredom was something I needed to learn.

We tend to become negative when we envision things to be happening a certain way and yet, they don’t. We envision it because, based on our past once again, we think that we know how things are supposed to go. But isn’t the idea that the Universe knows better comforting? Isn’t the idea that all we need to do is trust just liberating? Isn’t the idea that all we need to do is send out loving energy absolutely magical?

Love felt for the end result aligns all our actions. Let go of the how – the Universe knows. Allow room for some positive suspense. Your negative thoughts are merely an indicator of your fears but are as false and empty as those fears .

Negative thoughts are always insignificant. Remember this.
