You Must Focus on Your Ultimate Goal…Now!

Have you ever, for any reason, forgotten this very simple idea?

You must not obsess about the “how” or any other details of your manifestation but only keep your eye on your ultimate goal!

I love sharing personal examples in my coaching. I think that a good life coach should be an authentically positive person who is good at living life because someone like that will have stories, understand them in terms of the Law of Attraction and never suggest unrealistic visualization or other methods they can’t even connect with themselves.

Positivity is real. Negative thoughts exist but can be ignored – you don’t have to make an extraneous effort to remove them. Just knowing they are powerless over you if you decide as much is enough to ignore them (even if they rattle you at first). A good life coach will encourage you to do this because they know you can! You could wake up tomorrow and find that last bit of motivation you’ve been missing which should be the goal your coach has for you.

A personal story is powerful because it provides a lifelike analysis of LoA that makes the listener realize how they feel about things. Offer your own point of view and you will be doing someone else a favor, making them see how they would handle this, the feelings they would have and their opinion of the situation (which doesn’t belittle your choices in any way, even if they disagree with you). It is not you job to persuade others to follow – it is you choice to offer you perspective generously so that others could gain a second opinion and possibly find themselves in the process.

When your main focus in on yourself instead of other people’s thoughts, actions and life choices, you find yourself capable of generously sharing you examples without the need for approval or validation.

Is Worrying a Way of Keeping Yourself Busy?

Often, when you want to attract something you desire more than anything else in life, you don’t feel like doing anything in your current reality anymore until it comes. However, when you only think about one thing, that one thing, you are bound to run out of positive thoughts at some point and switch to negative ones.

Positive beliefs stick but a variety of positive thoughts comes and goes throughout the day. In the moments they go, it is important to switch your thoughts to something else that makes you happy instead of continuing to think about your desired manifestation. This is how the mind works so when you try to force yourself to keep the positive thoughts going, the forcing makes you switch to negative thoughts soon enough. Forcing yourself is unnatural, tension-creating energy that will ultimately rattle your brainwaves and produce negative thoughts.

An Overview of Dealing with Fear

I want to address the issue of thinking about your desire and encountering fear and negative thoughts.

As I stated in the past (my book included), start by being convinced that after you have asked for your desire, you must receive it. Since your desire absolutely has to manifest, you may relish the thoughts of living it all you want.

I am able to think about my desire or not for as long as I want to because from the moment I ask for it, I believe that it is manifesting. I let go of the need to control the process because the positive thoughts of living my desire make me see that it is manifesting in the most amazing way.

One only doubts the manifestation process if one entertains both the positive and the negative feelings connected to their desire. 

In accordance, all lack of happiness comes from fearing or worrying that one’s desire is not manifesting and never will.

When any fears related to your desire come up, remind yourself that it is yours already. Because you asked, it is yours already.

If you keep reminding yourself of this fact, you will start to believe it with every part of you very soon. All it takes is a little belief to start with in order to fully believe and relax soon after. You can do this and you know it!

As a friend of mine recently stated, it is fun to see yourself living your desire! Enjoy it.

Believe that you can do anything. Believe that you can make anything happen and see your dreams coming true. If you decide this to be possible for you, you will assume that all your desires are manifesting while thinking about them with newfound lightness and love.

Manifestation Epidemic – Big and Small Desires

You might be looking at everything you have in one way and everything you don’t in another.

Many still fail to realize that LoA is life and not some out-of-this-world concept that you’re supposed to go through the motions of. You manifest what you believe you can have and with that, what you expect is possible for you. You manifest what you expect to receive and what you see yourself having, living.

Those who can’t see themselves living their desires feel the need for them; however, some of these people might only want to “experience” their desires and not actually live them every day. You must ask yourself if this is what you really want – do you just want to see your desire manifest or, do you want to live it every single day of your life? Do you want it to be there even when you take some time for yourself and do other things? Are you ready to live it every day?

Being able to see yourself living your desire starts from the belief that it is possible. This belief will give you confidence or your confidence will result in this belief; either way, it works. This is also where a specific problem comes from – some see themselves easily having some things but never having some others, finding them almost impossible to attract.

What you must understand is that all your desires are equally likely to happen and by classifying them, you are standing in your own way. You are building your own barriers. By worrying whether or not you would receive some of your desires but not others, you are preventing your own happiness from existing.

It’s that simple.

Put your logical mind to work. Is there really a reason why you should not attract what you want? Others have done it so why not you? I know that a part of you has already realized that seeing differences in your desires makes no sense. Be grateful for it!

There are no big and small desires – only what you believe you can have. All your desires are equal in magnitude.

Just believe, know, smile and be grateful for having what you wanted in your life right now.

Manifestation Epidemic – The “How”

One of the manifestation epidemics I see is a simple way in which many end up feeling negatively about their desire and with that, sometimes give up on it.

That way is having expectations of how your desire should manifest, partially or entirely. 

Let’s say you’re manifesting a relationship with a specific person. You think the fastest way would be for them to call you or follow you on social media. Or, you might think the fastest way would be for them to just ask you on a date immediately. Say yes if you asked them today? Answer your message to them with immediate willingness to be with you?

Now, let’s say those things don’t happen. You ask them to meet and they can’t or are unwilling to. They don’t respond to texts. They don’t say what you think you should hear after their earlier behavior. You don’t say what you wanted or meant to say for whatever reason. Your friends and family weigh in with ideas of how they think things should go, all contradictory to LoA but typical of the usual limiting beliefs of the world. (I am not belittling your friends and family but these things happen with individuals who analyze what they see without feeling what you feel and knowing what you know.) You start to question yourself and your faith is withering.

You are attached and in order to manifest, you have to let go (=believe your desire is a done deal and manifesting right now even if you can’t see any proof of it).

Dealing with Discouragement in Your Manifestation Process

Have you ever gotten discouraged shortly (or, at any point) into your manifestation process, fearing that your desire might never feel real to you?

Trying too hard to feel your desire belonging to you already is the very thing preventing you from manifesting. If you have experienced this, your awareness is that of trying instead of happy for having your desire already.

In order to manifest, you are supposed to imagine having your desire already. Imagine what you do and how you act with it in your life. Why do you love it?

I’m happy just imagining that I have what I want. That happiness is powerful enough to cause me to believe and let go. Try to just imagine that you have it now – what would you be doing?

Your current mood has everything to do with your awareness. Whenever you feel like an unsuccessful manifestation practitioner (and hopefully you never again will), refer to this blog post and remind yourself of your worth.

Stay strong and focused!

Unless you choose your own life, another life will choose you. Stick to your goal and nothing less – affirm that you already are what you want to be! If you don’t feel that you are, could be or feel uneasy about believing, think about whether or not you truly want your desire.

Are you afraid of how others will react to you once your desire manifests? Do you fear negative comments?

If you truly want your desire, feel good about having it in your life and only care about your own opinion from now on; anything else is moot. Fearing negative comments is something that many experience but the only thing you need to consider is whether or not you want to be crippled by the intruding and limiting opinions of others.

You most likely don’t think much of those who try to criticize your choices already because by default, the critical ones are the most insecure ones. So why care about their opinions?

Something magical happens when you only focus on your own opinion – you feel good about having what you want and simply stop hearing anyone else’s disagreeing tone.

After you just imagine having what you want, your focus will be effortless.

Are you postponing your manifestation?

Do you fear being stuck once you manifest, effectively postponing the manifestation with your thoughts?

Or, do you think that you have to become someone deserving of your desire before receiving it?

Guess what – you already are as deserving as you feel you need to be. Just be a good person, do good and you will feel good. Then, you will manifest.

Do you see how these ideas fit into your manifestation process?

Once again, just imagine that you have your desire now. Picture a situation in which you are doing something with it. This imagining will make you happy and allow you to let go.

Can you deal with your negative thoughts?

You might wonder how exactly your awareness will change as a result of your newly found optimism.

If you feel good (before and visualize (or use another manifestation aid), you will eventually start to believe your desire is a done deal.

If you make feeling good a priority, that day will come sooner rather than later.

If you find yourself capable of ignoring your negative thoughts, the day you manifest will come along fast.

Your feelings are a strong creation force – keep them positive and they will make your thoughts positive in return.

If you don’t feel it yet, keep going and you will!

Don’t fall into the trap! Your desired manifestation might not feel real just yet but don’t let that discourage you.

Just imagine having what you want.

My Creation Boost

Today, I thought about my personal boosts of positive creation energy.

In order to boost positive creation and the  manifestation of our desires, we are advised to find the manifestation helpers we enjoy. These methods can be visualization, sending out heart energy, repeating affirmations, perceiving our desires as if they have manifested already or anything similar.

One of my closest friends characterized a particular manifestation method in my case by saying,

“You’re like an excited school girl!”

And she was right.

In the company of closest friends, I love to talk about my planned manifestations as if they were a done deal, simply because they are. When I make decisions to manifest a certain desire, I love to gush about it. This doesn’t happen with every single planned manifestation but only the ones that feel good, so to speak – forgetting about some of my desires makes me happy but when it comes to some others, I love to share them with my closest friends.

This is how the process works.

When I talk about any desire that evokes a wish to gush, I am completely present in that moment. I don’t think about how exactly this specific desire might manifest and am just certain that it will, planning it while talking to a friend. When planning specific details around that desire, I adjust them to the present circumstances I see while being unattached to any details altogether, entertaining them as nothing but options and staying open to any possible manifestation path. If any negative thoughts come up during or after the planning, I already know they’re false – my post manifestation world is real, palpable, my (already) current reality and my new life.

After sharing my stories, I receive many signs of my desire manifesting.

If you were to talk about your desire today, how would you feel? Explore this as an option. If you were to discuss it, would you feel like it’s a done deal or think about your desire potentially not even manifesting?

Do you know that your desire belongs to you already but choose not to share it with anyone?

You might have a desire you wish to manifest one day but are consciously not ready for just yet. Or, you may have finally become ready to manifest a desire you’ve been wanting for a while.

You know that you’re ready to manifest your desire if you naturally dismiss any distractions and focus on the essence of attraction. Talking about your desire can provide the right focus, as long as you enjoy talking and sharing.

The Attraction Blocks of LoA

Being uncomfortable with what you desire will prevent it from coming into your life; this concept translates into the intentional practice of LoA in various ways.

If you are aiming to manifest love but feel uncomfortable with the idea of living it for any reason (you know whether or not this is true), you are preventing it from coming into your life. This lack of comfort often translates into various doubts you may have around the idea of living your desire. If you doubt that the person you want to be with could love you, that you could be happy living a life with them under the circumstances you say you want or that the relationship would change your current reality too much, you are uncomfortable with it and are preventing a smooth manifestation process.

In this case, you need to think about your genuine feelings. You need to accept some things or believe that you can improve them.

If you want to be at your perfect weight, you have to be ready to live a life with that perfect weight and be ready to let go of your current physical appearance in order to manifest a new one.

If you want to manifest love and a specific life with it, you must now be ready to live that life so that you could manifest it and allow it to start. On the other hand, every time you have doubts, you will prevent your manifestation from happening. (Having doubts means engaging in them; dismissing any doubts that may come up means you’re ready to manifest).

In order to prevent any internal tension, you must relax and you know it.

RELAXING INTO LoA

What triggers attraction between two people is what moves the attraction process when it comes to LoA; it all comes down to the same thing.

I am not telling you to alter your personality but just relax and with that, change your awareness into that of having your desire.

Be honest with yourself. If you feel the need for manifesting your desire because you’d been trying so hard to get it (or for any other reason), this is not the right reason to manifest. The only reason to manifest a desire is if living it would make you happy, if you truly want to live it. If someone were manifesting love with you, would you want it to be out of need or for the love itself?

You get what you give. And once you relax, you will project the awareness of living your desire and/or overall confidence and happiness. You will give these things and what do you think that will get you? Just about everything you want!
