I love sharing personal examples in my coaching. I think that a good life coach should be an authentically positive person who is good at living life because someone like that will have stories, understand them in terms of the Law of Attraction and never suggest unrealistic visualization or other methods they can’t even connect with themselves.

Positivity is real. Negative thoughts exist but can be ignored – you don’t have to make an extraneous effort to remove them. Just knowing they are powerless over you if you decide as much is enough to ignore them (even if they rattle you at first). A good life coach will encourage you to do this because they know you can! You could wake up tomorrow and find that last bit of motivation you’ve been missing which should be the goal your coach has for you.

A personal story is powerful because it provides a lifelike analysis of LoA that makes the listener realize how they feel about things. Offer your own point of view and you will be doing someone else a favor, making them see how they would handle this, the feelings they would have and their opinion of the situation (which doesn’t belittle your choices in any way, even if they disagree with you). It is not you job to persuade others to follow – it is you choice to offer you perspective generously so that others could gain a second opinion and possibly find themselves in the process.

When your main focus in on yourself instead of other people’s thoughts, actions and life choices, you find yourself capable of generously sharing you examples without the need for approval or validation.

If You Think Law of Attraction is Fiction…

I used to write poetry and fiction, became a published author in my preteens and eventually, decided that I preferred writing about real life. Fiction can never be as powerful as real life, no matter how much it is based on it.

Some people have asked me whether Law of Attraction was fiction or not. Some perceive visualization and the concept of living as if to be fiction for as long as it is different from “real life.” However, current reality and visualization of an ideal one are equally real, as one’s ideal reality must be seen as real in order to manifest into the current.

If you perceive visualization and living as if as fiction, how can you ever allow it to become your current reality?

You can’t. You have to believe in the possibility of your ideal reality becoming your life in order to allow it to happen.

Believing in living your ideal reality is not as scary as you think. I know it’s easy to hesitate to imagine living your ideal life for several reasons – fear of loss, fear of success, breaking out of your comfort zone… Yes, these things sound scary but as soon as you try, fear begins to fade. If you did it just a few times, it would go away completely.

The Art of Letting Go – Beauty, Lightness and the Magnitude of Life

Letting go entails accepting life until your desire manifests into it; letting go can also be made easier when you realize that your desire is not perfect.

This is how the acceptance of your desire’s current imperfections can actually help you let go while you allow it to transform into everything you want it to be.

None of us are perfect and there is nothing wrong with that yet when it comes to manifesting our desires, we magnify our imperfections in our minds to the point of turning them into self-imposed issues. We look for reasons not to manifest our desires within ourselves, wondering if we deserve to have what we want while perceiving life and its circumstances bigger than they are. We fear change and are intimidated by others instead of accepting that no human being is more deserving than the other.

Instead of worrying about our own worth, we need to accept that we are as worthy as we make our desires to be in our minds. We must find all the meaning within ourselves that we assign to our desires every day.

I know that being yourself can be difficult at times. I understand the courage to be yourself can be difficult to come by. At the same time, I feel that most of our worries come from idealizing certain situations, people and relationships while underestimating ourselves but I guess we prefer to do so over realizing that none of it is perfect…because if we think that what we desire is actually perfect, we have an ideal to strive for. Have you ever experienced the feeling of living your desired reality stronger than you felt living in your current one?

If you have, you know it can either be completely amazing or overwhelming as much as amazing because a new life brings profound change. Your attitude towards that change will determine your comfort level and with that, the speed of your manifestation process (and we already know one must feel comfortable with living the life they wish to manifest!).

Imagine living the life you’re well acquainted with – your job or studies, spending time with friends and/or your partner, maybe setting your sights on a potential partner and being very interested in him or her, living in the home you know, travelling some and receiving the paycheck you are used to.

Manifestation Epidemic – What is Law of Attraction, Anyway? 

Law of Attraction is about you and everything you believe in. Law of Attraction responds to your feelings, beliefs, happiness and imagination, creating your life according to those aspects of you.

Everything you have in your life right now is what you believed was possible for you on some level. If you can see something in your mind, you can certainly manifest it.

However,

If you can see yourself happily living your desire in your mind, the feeling of living it will make its way through your awareness, removing all attachment and allowing you to let go and manifest naturally.

WHAT IS ATTACHMENT?

More than anything, attachment is connected with the need to manifest what you want as soon as possible, impatiently and while trying to prove to yourself that you can. If you are attached to your desire, you probably keep thinking that you want what you want now, not feeling like doing anything else until you manifest it.

At the same time, don’t those thoughts and the need to prove something to yourself mean that you don’t have your desire just yet? Your goal is to feel that you do!

This is why you can think of your desire all your want if those thoughts are loving visualizations of living your desire – when you’ve had enough, you will naturally let go and focus on something else, allowing your desire to manifest.

You’re supposed to be happy, love your desire and be grateful that it’s yours! You are supposed to feel what it’s like to live your life with your desire in it.

You are only supposed to imagine what you would love to happen while being grateful for being so happy.

Some wrongly focus on the “waiting” and “trying” to manifest their desire, feeling like this all the time. They remain stuck in this energy which makes them feel awful, like their desire is slipping away which creates even more attachment as a result.

If you feel downright lousy when thinking about your desire, you are not nurturing the thoughts you want to be thinking in order to manifest. You are not believing in yourself. You are probably focusing on the wrong aspect of your desire – waiting instead of having.

Right now, you feel that you’re missing it but as soon as you get used to having it in your mind, you will automatically let it go to manifest.

You will manifest what you believe is possible for you in life. Even if you thought that something was once possible but then gave up and moved on, you may have manifested it anyway because you had finally let go.

What does that tell you?

Attachment often feels like waiting for your desire to manifest instead of having it. Attachment comes from wanting to have everything right now. 

Attachment is removed by believing you already have everything.

HOW DOES IT FEEL?

After putting a great deal of energy into living your desire, you will realize that living it actually is natural. If you can see it in your mind, it can become natural to you. Suddenly, you’ve experienced it and don’t need it anymore; soon, it manifests.

Even when accompanied by a great deal of excitement, seeing yourself living your desire can become natural to you. Excitement doesn’t have to last or, it can come and go, but true love for your desire runs deep.

True appreciation for your desire keeps it in your reality.

It truly is as simple as I’ve just written it.

One of the biggest manifestation problems is a lack of confidence in one’s inner power. All of us are capable of attracting anything we want yet we attract what we believe we can have even if that belief lasts only a few seconds per thought.

The trick is to believe in one’s ability to manifest one’s true desires.

If you could have anything, absolutely anything, in your life today, what would it be?

Now, believe that you can have this. Believe it’s yours already and is coming together right now. Believe that it’s about to manifest – any day now!

Many simply refuse to nurture this way of thinking. Instead, they think about which LoA technique to use in order to manifest their desired reality. They worry about the goings on in their current reality (or a lack thereof). All these thoughts simply reinforce the uncertainty in one’s ability to manifest one’s desires.

If you are unsure that you’re “doing it right,” you are noticing your desire missing from your life and seem to be unsure that you can manifest it.

If you’re worried that you might manifest the undesired instead, that is just another way of saying you don’t believe in your ability to manifest your desires.

Why do you do this to yourself? More importantly, why don’t you believe in yourself?

See yourself having what you want! Trust that it’s yours and you will never again doubt your abilities. However, you must believe before seeing and know that it’s yours already. You can only manifest what you believe you can have.

Every time the thoughts of your current reality come to you, switch them to the thoughts of having and being grateful for living the life of your dreams!

Dealing with Discouragement in Your Manifestation Process

Have you ever gotten discouraged shortly (or, at any point) into your manifestation process, fearing that your desire might never feel real to you?

Trying too hard to feel your desire belonging to you already is the very thing preventing you from manifesting. If you have experienced this, your awareness is that of trying instead of happy for having your desire already.

In order to manifest, you are supposed to imagine having your desire already. Imagine what you do and how you act with it in your life. Why do you love it?

I’m happy just imagining that I have what I want. That happiness is powerful enough to cause me to believe and let go. Try to just imagine that you have it now – what would you be doing?

Your current mood has everything to do with your awareness. Whenever you feel like an unsuccessful manifestation practitioner (and hopefully you never again will), refer to this blog post and remind yourself of your worth.

Stay strong and focused!

Unless you choose your own life, another life will choose you. Stick to your goal and nothing less – affirm that you already are what you want to be! If you don’t feel that you are, could be or feel uneasy about believing, think about whether or not you truly want your desire.

Are you afraid of how others will react to you once your desire manifests? Do you fear negative comments?

If you truly want your desire, feel good about having it in your life and only care about your own opinion from now on; anything else is moot. Fearing negative comments is something that many experience but the only thing you need to consider is whether or not you want to be crippled by the intruding and limiting opinions of others.

You most likely don’t think much of those who try to criticize your choices already because by default, the critical ones are the most insecure ones. So why care about their opinions?

Something magical happens when you only focus on your own opinion – you feel good about having what you want and simply stop hearing anyone else’s disagreeing tone.

After you just imagine having what you want, your focus will be effortless.

Are you postponing your manifestation?

Do you fear being stuck once you manifest, effectively postponing the manifestation with your thoughts?

Or, do you think that you have to become someone deserving of your desire before receiving it?

Guess what – you already are as deserving as you feel you need to be. Just be a good person, do good and you will feel good. Then, you will manifest.

Do you see how these ideas fit into your manifestation process?

Once again, just imagine that you have your desire now. Picture a situation in which you are doing something with it. This imagining will make you happy and allow you to let go.

Can you deal with your negative thoughts?

You might wonder how exactly your awareness will change as a result of your newly found optimism.

If you feel good (before and visualize (or use another manifestation aid), you will eventually start to believe your desire is a done deal.

If you make feeling good a priority, that day will come sooner rather than later.

If you find yourself capable of ignoring your negative thoughts, the day you manifest will come along fast.

Your feelings are a strong creation force – keep them positive and they will make your thoughts positive in return.

If you don’t feel it yet, keep going and you will!

Don’t fall into the trap! Your desired manifestation might not feel real just yet but don’t let that discourage you.

Just imagine having what you want.

My Creation Boost

My Creation Boost

Today, I thought about my personal boosts of positive creation energy.

In order to boost positive creation and the  manifestation of our desires, we are advised to find the manifestation helpers we enjoy. These methods can be visualization, sending out heart energy, repeating affirmations, perceiving our desires as if they have manifested already or anything similar.

One of my closest friends characterized a particular manifestation method in my case by saying,

“You’re like an excited school girl!”

And she was right.

In the company of closest friends, I love to talk about my planned manifestations as if they were a done deal, simply because they are. When I make decisions to manifest a certain desire, I love to gush about it. This doesn’t happen with every single planned manifestation but only the ones that feel good, so to speak – forgetting about some of my desires makes me happy but when it comes to some others, I love to share them with my closest friends.

This is how the process works.

When I talk about any desire that evokes a wish to gush, I am completely present in that moment. I don’t think about how exactly this specific desire might manifest and am just certain that it will, planning it while talking to a friend. When planning specific details around that desire, I adjust them to the present circumstances I see while being unattached to any details altogether, entertaining them as nothing but options and staying open to any possible manifestation path. If any negative thoughts come up during or after the planning, I already know they’re false – my post manifestation world is real, palpable, my (already) current reality and my new life.

After sharing my stories, I receive many signs of my desire manifesting.

If you were to talk about your desire today, how would you feel? Explore this as an option. If you were to discuss it, would you feel like it’s a done deal or think about your desire potentially not even manifesting?

Do you know that your desire belongs to you already but choose not to share it with anyone?

You might have a desire you wish to manifest one day but are consciously not ready for just yet. Or, you may have finally become ready to manifest a desire you’ve been wanting for a while.

You know that you’re ready to manifest your desire if you naturally dismiss any distractions and focus on the essence of attraction. Talking about your desire can provide the right focus, as long as you enjoy talking and sharing.
