A Great Person?

Why feel good about yourself? There is simply no reason not to. You already know I believe that.

Greatly discussing manifesting relationships on this blog, I often preach “being a great person in order to have a great relationship.”

But what is a great person?

A great person is happy about their life, feels good about their goals, stands by their decisions and knows how much quality they possess. They are aware of bringing quality into the lives of others as well as creating it in their own life. No matter who you are and what you love to do, be proud of it! Feel good about yourself! Otherwise, how else are you supposed to live a happy life? How else are your specific people supposed to feel good about you?

When you’re down, do what you believe would make you feel better. You don’t have to be perfect or in a perfectly good mood all the time but you have to know that your sadness is fleeting and under no circumstances is it to define you.

When you cherish you, keeping focus on your heart’s desires is easy and natural.

This specific awareness brings great results in life, manifestation and letting go. Yes, all those things are connected but this amazing type of awareness which anyone can have allows one to feel light and manifest easily.

When you feel good about yourself and your life, you can easily let go to manifest. You know that you will receive your desires and you know that you deserve them – simple as that.

You don’t have to be perfect. The specific person you want isn’t perfect. Your dream job won’t be perfect every day. Your dream home will still need improvements every once in a while. However, it is the feeling of loving what you have and want to manifest that keeps it not perfect but just as you want it.

I think you see why anyone can be this person.

The following example is where many get confused trying to figure out what it is that makes them attractive and a potential romantic partner to the quality individuals.

Some have accomplished great things in their professional lives and still remained individuals of dull personalities. It is primarily your personal awareness that dictates your life and your level of attraction. Relying on any external factors in hope to accomplish these specific goals equals looking for a shortcut to facing your inner world.

You aren’t a great partner to someone because you have a good job but because you are happy. If your great career makes you happy, it makes you happy for yourself which in turn makes you a great partner due to your personal happiness.

However, in order to achieve that amazing career, you have to be happy with what you have now instead of trying to run away from it and achieve that great career.

How to Break Free From “Not Having” Your Desire

The feeling of your desire missing from your life can be annoying, upsetting and can drive you into frantically working to change it in order to attract your desire instead.

I won’t even try to describe that feeling beautifully or eloquently because it isn’t; instead, this feeling is unpleasant and can lower your mood.

However, I am going to suggest several solutions for it.

Remain committed to staying in a good mood!

When your goal in life is to be in a good mood no matter what you do and where you are, knowing that bad mood is a waste of time, you will automatically want to go out and do something for yourself. Every time you fall into the bad mood, you will automatically want to change it.

When you get bored, think about what you would like to do to fix your mood. When you feel low, treat yourself (I hate that expression but it works). Go out and buy something for yourself, treat yourself to a meal you love, have a bubble bath, remember all the wonderful people in your life or, one of my favorites, donate money. In any way to anyone you want. Giving is something that will instantly raise your vibration.

Remember all those LoA sources telling you to get in a good mood first and then, think about having your desire in order to attract it even faster. To that, I want to add that when you remain in a good mood, when it becomes your goal, you will manifest your desires fast anyway.

Repeat affirmations!

When this dark feeling comes to you, you can change it by training your brain to automatically think opposite thoughts. You can repeat affirmations, self-devised or any you have read and liked, training your mind to automatically go to the positive when you think of the negative.

Why don’t you think you’re amazing?

I preach confidence non-stop because it makes manifestation easy. It helps you stay in a good mood. It makes everything in life easier. Many readers have told me they struggle with maintaining their confidence especially when manifesting relationships.

Confidence is a positive feeling, awareness and attitude. Confident individuals never judge themselves or others – one of the most important lessons we could ever learn. Confident people love their lives because they arrange them in all kinds of positive ways.

Now, do you love or need?

Loving the person you are allows you to love another. Feeling incomplete while thinking that another could complete you will inevitably trick you into thinking that you need them to be the person you always wanted to be.

Truth is, you don’t need anyone – relationships are a choice. You are capable of being happy on your own, allowing love to manifest into your life. Being happy on your own is also very healthy, allowing you to be the best possible partner to the person of your choice.

The most amazing partners are those who can be happy on their own.

Keeping Focus on Your Ultimate Goal

Since I mentioned this in my last few blog comments, I will elaborate on it now.

Some find themselves to be capable of keeping a limited amount of focus on their end goal while overthinking its potential development or painful past experiences in the meantime.

Several times, I’ve manifested using the following set of personally devised steps.

  1. Capture the feeling of having/living your desire now. See yourself in it. Dare to feel overwhelmed with love, having received your desire. Feel it! Then, say “Thank you.”
  2. Ask the Universe to give your desire to you and then, thank the Universe for having received it. You will end up using almost the exact same words for both. I think both of those because I know that as soon as I ask, my desired reality is created. Then, the only thing left is to receive it.
  3. Every time you feel tempted to entertain your negative thoughts (if you do at all), remember that since you asked for your desire, you must receive it.
  4. Whenever you want to (if you do), remember the feeling of having/living your desire from step one. If you would rather let go completely and forget about your desire until it manifests, you can.

This exceptionally brief series of steps often allows me to manifest within six, twelve or twenty-four hours. Other times, immediately, depending on the desire in question or how quickly I let go/am ready to receive what I had asked for.

WHY FOCUS ON YOUR END GOAL?

For one, focusing on the path your desire takes to manifest into your life will only lower your vibration. You will most likely want it to manifest faster, losing grasp on the gratitude you should feel for it.

Instead, be grateful that your desire is coming to you. Be grateful for your reality of living it, which will manifest soon.

Another reason why you should stop thinking about the path of your manifestation is your awareness of not having it yet. You can playfully imagine how it might happen but not cling to any of those ways.

Focusing on the “how” part can induce a sense of fear almost effortlessly. In my case, I don’t want to know how my desire will manifest – that part holds amazing surprises so why spoil it?

Be open to the most amazing surprises of your life! Be confident in yourself because you are unique and beautiful. Admire the person you are!

All of this sounds so simple only because it is.

LoA and Health – How Does It Work?

One of the aspects of life I am grateful for every day is my terrific health. Something that should never be disregarded, good health is manifested using the same principle as absolutely anything else. At the same time, following ideas given by the field of medicine can be a co-creating tool but one should never forget their health is primarily their own choice. Medicine is useful so be grateful for it but you give the final word – how many truly believe this to be possible?

If it were impossible, there would not be a single case of individuals “miraculously” recovering from fatal illness to no tangible explanation. However, there are plenty of those cases yet still so few to show that true and unrelenting faith tends to rest in a rare kind of individuals. Faith means primarily believing in yourself.

LoA AND HEALTH

It is said that the human body already contains everything it needs to heal itself. Medicine helps but why believe that specific medical therapy works or doesn’t work – just because someone said so?

Aren’t we stepping into the essence of LoA?

Those who make decisions regarding their health must also mind their energy around it. Are they convinced the desired result belongs to them or are they testing various options hoping to see results? Are they keeping a positive attitude, helping their intuition guide them to inspired action?

I realize that believing in one’s good health/successful recovery while the doctors are uncertain of it isn’t easy for everyone. However, this concept comes down to the same creation principles – we all manifest what we believe to be true and that truth must exist in the mind before it can manifest into one’s reality.

If everything we need is already within us, so is the strength to manifest our own good health. Sometimes, medicine will help and other times, we won’t even need it. Even finding the right co-creation field depends on one’s positive attitude in finding the solution; one simply has to keep an open mind and focus on the end result they truly desire, producing positive energy which allows them to find that solution shortly.

MY OWN HEALTH

I maintain my excellent health with daily gratitude.

Last weekend, I was worried I would catch a cold having accidentally put on a thinner coat than planned in a moment of distraction. I didn’t exactly catch a heavy cold but wasn’t 100% either, which continued for as long as I accepted this state of my health. Maybe I just wanted to spend two days in bed with books, tea and TV. Then, I decided I was healthy and yesterday, woke up feeling like my usual self.

Illness can also come as a result of either a collapse or a raise of one’s vibration. Seven years ago, I endured four weeks of bed rest within the same year due to two different cases of illness. However, the positive personal changes I experienced over that year were even bigger. One of the cases of illness was an ear infection and one of the great personal changes was moving into my own, new, fantastic apartment. A decision to move away from another beautiful apartment with a roommate was followed by the ear infection which was followed by finding and moving into that incredible apartment. I had only found the apartment after having gotten healthy. It hadn’t been up for rent until then. However, I was positive I would find the perfect place the entire time.

Sometimes, the Universe works out the perfect timing even when you know it’s going to be soon. All you have to do is keep focus on your end goal and know that everything will come together soon.

Any day now, as I say.

MANIFESTING FOR ANOTHER

It might be difficult for you to imagine manifesting good health for someone else, especially one that keeps focusing on the negative.

I have once tried to advise someone who was ill. They weren’t up for cooperation. To every affirmative ideal I had, they would say, “I don’t know.” As simplistic as this may sound, try to apply this idea to anything one wishes to create – knowing is essential and without it, how could one possibly create their desired outcome?

Then, I asked, “Do you believe you could get better?”

They said, “I’m not sure. Sometimes I believe it’s possible.”

I asked them why just sometimes.

They responded, “I’m too old and tired. I can’t bring myself to hope. It might be my time to go.”

This person suffered chronic disbelief in their good health, the very thought of manifesting which made them exhausted. Disbelief can run deep which is why many refuse to even venture on manifesting their desires. Disbelief keeps them in their comfort zone to this day, with short-term improvements followed by the inevitable relapses. They can believe for a few days and then, fall back into negativity. They have not altered their awareness fully.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?

When it comes to your health, you will manifest what you believe to be true – just like any other aspect of life.

Are you the type of person who is always sick? Someone who always catches a cold, expecting it to happen? Or, are you always healthy and happy about it?

Now, be honest with yourself – are you grateful for your health every day? Do you believe you can feel as youthful and energized as you wish to be?

Need or Have It?

Need or Have It?

Feeling that you need any desire you may have will lower your vibration. Remember that as a rule, warning you of what to avoid.

Obviously, you want to avoid lowering your own vibration yet it happens, usually as a result of falling into negative thoughts, missing something or someone.

Wanting something you are currently missing provides a problem for your mind. Noticing the absence of your desire can cause attachment – another form of need for your desire to manifest, making it impossible to arrive.

Needing leads to more of the same. Feeling confident in having your desire already leads to its manifestation.

 

NEED VS. LOVE

Observe the difference between the following scenarios.

You have chosen a specific person. You wanted your mind blown and they live up to the task, making your head spin already. They are captivating, independent, joyous, smart and simply beautiful. They seem different, interesting, and they seem to love their life. Taken by these positive feelings you are experiencing, you’ve attracted various interactions with this person, from conversations to possibly even a date. Now, you want even more of their time since they seem to make life even better and because you deem them perfect, you are overthinking how to proceed. Any idea you have is followed by indecision, lack of self-confidence and your uncertainty that you can match their luminous quality. Your insecurity becomes obvious to them, causing them to distance themselves from you or place you in the friend zone. They still respect you but things aren’t moving in the direction you would prefer. You deem them too smart, gorgeous and interesting, thinking they might not see the same in you while in reality, you only reaffirm that you don’t see yourself as such. Or, you idealize them. You want their love as an overall validation, proving all the naysayers wrong and proving to yourself that you can do anything. You might think they’re as impressive as you want to be. You probably see them as beautiful as you want them to see you. Whichever of these possible scenarios you experience, you will ultimately become less and less interested in their true feelings and increasingly worried about why they don’t love you. Does that sound like real love and appreciation? Does it even sound like you are connecting with their true vibration? Do you really want to know them or just want them to fulfill your needs, especially those you have to fulfill? Because nobody can truly give you what you don’t feel within.

You think this person is too good to be true. You feel the need to be with them and end up disappointed. You failed to connect with the true essence of this person, idealizing them instead of truly wanting to know them. You thought they were too good to be true yet they are good enough just the way they are…and so are you. The only problem is, you weren’t ready to truly connect with them, probably fearing disappointment and your fantasy crushed. Yet that fantasy is not the same as a relationship.

On the other hand, how do you feel when you know that you can have anything, including the exact relationship you want? When you know, you feel amazing! You don’t feel the need for your specific relationship but only love that it’s a done deal, appeared already or will appear soon, however you perceive it in the moment. You think about it for as long as it makes you happy, moving onto something else when you feel like it. When negative thoughts and fears come up, you examine the reasons for them or ignore them because you know they’re false. However, if you choose to examine them, you do so because you want to be the person you admire which requires self-honesty. You want to know what your fears are telling you and face them so they would disappear. You feel good because your life is exciting, fulfilling and fun; you have other things to think about besides your relationship, just like your specific person does. You both love your lives and want to share them with each other. You know that what you want is yours. You are capable of relaxing and doing what makes you happy because it is the way to your desire. You feel great about yourself and cannot wait to share that with your specific person while enjoying them share their life with you in return. It’s very possible you don’t care what other people think of you. When enjoying life that much, you attract even more amazing things and people into it. They pay attention to you because happiness is attractive. Your vibration is high and you love it. Why would you ever lower it?

What happens after you absolutely know your desire belongs to you? This feeling is butterfly-inducing at first and is in itself spectacular.

I love spectacular manifestation stories – the spectacular part rests not only in the manifestation itself but also living with it every day. If you feel that your desire is spectacular simply because you would love to live it, so will be the story. The spectacular part lies in the sharing, giving, feeling and experiencing everyday life. If you don’t see the spectacular in what you do and who you want be with every day, you are missing the point.

 

WHAT ABOUT YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS? 

After a while, you fail to understand why you ever had negative thoughts and wasted your time with them. As useful as they may be in uncovering limiting beliefs, it is time to say goodbye to (reacting to) them afterwards.

Facing and ridding yourself of negative thoughts works. However, their solving has to hold the purpose of replacing those negative thoughts with positive ones – you are resolving your negative thoughts in order to be able to only focus on the positive life you want to live.

If you only get rid of your negative thoughts but don’t form new, positive beliefs to take their place, what’s the point? In that case, you’re also focusing on what you don’t want instead of thinking about what you do want. Not knowing what you want to create leads to negative thoughts! You are not making a point of keeping focus on having your desire already if you see this process as exhausting or “work.” However, that shows your level of love and attachment to your desire.

If you are having a hard time imagining that you have your desire and loving the idea, do you really want it that much?

This is the crucial question you must ask yourself – do you think it’s possible for you to truly be happy with your specific person? Do you think they could be a great partner? Do you want to make them the happiest they’ve ever been?

Do you believe they can make you happy?

Manifesting a relationship should feel easy in order to manifest quickly and easily. In theory, imagining yourself with the person you want should only be filled with love. Feeling negatively about the person you want literally means contradicting laws of the Universe and is a reason you feel upset with yourself.

If you are upset with your specific person, you are upset with yourself over some scenario of not being good enough.

If upset about the past, you are upset with yourself for it – for blaming yourself when it happened, attracting it in the first place, tolerating it when you shouldn’t have or being too weak to leave when it was time.

And, you know it.

Now, you can forgive yourself for it; you know what to do and are starting over. You are happy. When manifesting a specific relationship, choose someone you want to make the the happiest they’ve ever been. Find them fascinating exactly for who they are. Know they are going to make an amazing partner. If you feel this way, you will be able to see yourself with them easily, removing the need for the relationship and manifesting it into your life.

The only part you really need to control is your belief. Then, maintaining your vibration will be easy.

Don’t NEED Them to Go Away And… They Will

When it comes to manifesting, we often talk about removing the need for our desires. Don’t need your relationship and it will appear. Don’t need a job but feel employed instead and you will be. Don’t need money and feel rich and then, you will be.

Sound familiar?

Many battle their negative thoughts by trying to ignore them or openly resisting them, creating even more of the same instead of eliminating them. These negative thoughts never manifest in their original form but effectively lower one’s vibration regardless, slowing down one’s manifestation process.

However…

What if, instead of feeling the need to get rid of your negative thoughts, you stopped needing to get rid of them? What if you could be happy and manifest regardless of them? It is not the negative thoughts themselves but paying attention to them that creates resistance; if you removed the need to get rid of them, you would not be bothered by them.

Personally, I believe negative thoughts to be useful. I’ve said it before but I truly believe them to be a great indicator of one’s specific areas of resistance. Negative thoughts say something about you, not your desire – they are an indicator of the negative, limiting views you hold of yourself. An empty fear that your desire might go wrong does NOT mean it will but you will lower your vibration and create even more empty fear for yourself… And that fear will make you exhausted and mentally distant from your desired reality.

Removing your negative thoughts but not replacing them with the positive ones doesn’t mean you’ve stepped into your desired awareness. This is why you can reach your desired state of awareness just by focusing on what you want to live, your positive thoughts, which would soon push out all the negative ones out of your awareness.

Occasionally, negative thoughts arrive because minds crave drama. Many are simply used to it. They try to add excitement to their desires yet drama creates safety in them at the same time. One may even try to use that drama, that excitement, to add any kind of emotion to one’s desire hoping for faster manifestation which leads to frustration. Love and excitement are two separate feelings, the former often being very permanent and the latter usually fading after a while, at least in several different ways.

Stop feeling guilty for not being intensely excited about your desire 24/7. You do need other things in life besides it.

Dissecting every single emotion and negative thought we might have would take a long time so instead, look at the general themes of your negative thoughts. What specific fears do they indicate? They show how you feel about yourself. They show what you fear. However, instead of continuing to fear, accept that you are now creating something new – the happiest reality you’ve ever lived. Decide it will be so.

If you start to feel exhausted from all your negative thoughts, remember that you have decided to have your dream come true reality and therefore, you must receive it. Just think about your ideal reality and enjoy the happiness it brings you. Feel gratitude for your desire, believe it is yours and in just a few days, you will know that it belongs to you unconditionally. 

Instead of focusing on your negative thoughts, you could only focus on what’s in your heart and manifest it.

Motivation, Determination and Knowing

When it comes to manifesting, your focus and confidence have to override all of the current circumstances, “reality” as you perceive it and all your negative thoughts. In other words, your determination and belief that you can create what you want, that your desire is yours already, have to be stronger than anything else. You just have to believe you can create your dreams simply because you have decided so and it is going to happen.

This state is naturally achieved once you deeply know you want to live or just experience your desire.

Weeks ago, I wrote about my resolve in creating (https://thelawofattractionandmylife.wordpress.com/2015/09/18/the-garage-door-metaphor/). That’s how I do it!

I manifested a move from Europe to USA at age fourteen. My parents’ friends thought my conviction that I was going to live in the States was “cute.” My school friends held less disbelief but didn’t hold too much belief in the idea either. However, nothing was going to rattle my belief – when it comes to LoA, it is you and only you, the only person whose feelings count when creating your reality. Other people can influence your feelings if you let them but they can never decide for you. I knew it was all happening without needing anyone’s approval.

Then, my father was sent to the States for work. My whole family moved, to the shock of many. However, it wasn’t shocking to me at all – this was exactly what I’d manifested. I had only focused on being there, living there, loving it.

When your focus on your decision to live your desire fails to be rattled by anything or anyone, you will have walked a very short path to your dream-come-true reality.

Over the past three weeks, I have received several gifts of organic and luxurious cosmetics. I received a Givenchy gift box of perfume, shower gel and body lotion. I was gifted a beauty treatment at Lush for a group of up to six people. Prior to receiving these gifts, I remembered how easily I attract beauty treatments and my favorite cosmetics. Gifts are also one of the ways in which I attract money, as many times I end up being gifted what I would ordinarily buy for myself.

You would imagine I feel pretty light and confident about manifesting gifts such as these, right? Well, I have definitely felt just as light about manifesting “bigger” things – moving countries, travel, university acceptance, money, renting apartments and most of my former relationships.

If you feel your desired manifestation to be “a big deal,” you will face a draining manifestation period of convincing yourself it is possible to have. However, if you accept that everything in life is created based on the same principle, you can start to believe your ideal relationship can be created just as easily. Relationships and love are beautiful experiences so why pass up the opportunity to gift yourself and someone you love with one?

Whenever I felt “heavy” about anything I wanted to manifest, it would move slowly. In truth, these occasions were rare and always involved the things and people I didn’t truly want (anymore). I didn’t want them because I didn’t believe that these jobs, friends or men could truly make me happy. I felt happy manifesting short-term linkage to them but not permanent. I only truly wanted to experience them.

I find relationships to be one of the most emotionally consuming, fear-inducing yet wonderful desires one could manifest. However, what if you could feel as light about manifesting relationships as you would manifesting beauty products I mentioned?

Your history with relationships or the specific person you are manifesting might decide your initial excitement or fears related to your current relationship desire. However, if your thoughts related to your desire are dissatisfying, you can work through them!

Is your potential desired relationship manifestation exhausting you? If so, you either don’t believe it could manifest or don’t like your specific person enough to feel good about them – this part depends on your personality and belief system, as well as your knowledge of yourself.

If you feel that the only potential partners who ever fall for you are those you don’t like that much, you don’t believe you could manifest the specific person and relationship you truly desire. If you keep thinking about the negative aspects of your past with them instead of the positive, you hold many negative feelings not just for the relationship but the person in question as well. Even when you briefly think about possibly being happy with this specific person, you don’t believe it could last. You don’t believe that this relationship is right but you want it to be.

It’s OK to feel whatever it is you’re feeling. It’s OK to be tired and frustrated. Once we reach the answers we need, we can calm down.

Now, you might be used to believing only after seeing external proof in life.

I believe this particular issue plagues many relationship manifestations – when not entirely believing yourself to be capable of manifesting your desired relationship, your energy can be practically lethargic, tiring and slow. You are drained and exhausted from trying to feel good. You keep changing your “manifestation technique,” hoping it’ll bring you what you want. However, it isn’t hope but profound knowing that manifests your desire.

An increase in motivation is all you need to achieve – it’ll make you feel great, raise your vibration and allow you to believe that your relationship is yours! An unconditional focus on your goal combined with motivation will make you see that your desire is in the bag!

Now, I am not saying you will be exhilarated every time you think about your desire but suddenly, you will be focused on it and be happy that it’s yours. Your determination, once truly achieved, will have let you know that your desire is yours already. Every time you think of your desire, you’ll be happy it’s yours!

Motivation equals positive energy. Motivation comes effortlessly once you clearly decide what you want your desire to be. What is it that makes you happy? In what way would living your desire make you happy?

When creating a love relationship, I only need my own belief that it’s mine. Even if I shared my belief with anyone else and they disagreed, I wouldn’t care because I know what I can create.

Motivation increases positive emotion. Allowing you to move towards your goal without the need to do any work, without impatience, letting you focus on life in the meantime while valuing your happiness and nothing less, motivation allows you to orchestrate your reality without the need for anyone’s approval.
